Over the past two weeks, as CRDL kept sliding, I’ve lost the fun of checking my account balance every day.
Instead, I keep asking myself: Why the hell didn’t I sell at $2.20 and buy back now that the stock has lost almost half its value?
The funny thing is, the underlying story hasn’t changed all that much. It’s mostly the timeline that has shifted, with the milestones we were looking forward to pushed back by a few months.
When you’re full of hope, a few extra months don’t seem like a big deal. But once that expectation gets pushed back, patience starts to wear thin. And once investors lose patience, winning them back is a lot harder than you’d think.
Now the stock has even fallen below my $1.27 cost basis. Wouldn’t surprise me if it drops below $1 over the next couple of weeks.
But selling now feels a bit late, doesn’t it?
Oh well. The fish took the bait, but somehow got away with it. All I can do now is put another piece of bait on the hook and wait for the next bite.

Hey guys, if you missed it, ASP Isotopes reached a $9.35M settlement with investors over claims that it overstated the readiness of its uranium and HALEU enrichment technology. The latest update is that eligible claimants can now submit their claims, with the deadline set for December 2, 2026.
In a nutshell, in 2024, ASP Isotopes was accused of misleading investors about its quantum enrichment technology and its ability to support uranium and HALEU production. After Fuzzy Panda Research challenged the company’s uranium enrichment claims on November 26, 2024, $ASPI fell 23.5%. The stock dropped another 14.2% the following day after the company’s CEO said ASPI had not actually enriched uranium.
Now, the good news is that claims are being accepted. If you bought $ASPI shares in 2024, you may be eligible to participate in the settlement.
So, if you invested in $ASPI during that period, you can check the details and file your claim here.
Anyway, has anyone here invested in $ASPI at that time? How much were your losses, if so?

TL;DR: $BFLY has surged ~275% over the past year (currently trading in the $7.60–$8.55 range, ~$2.0B–$2.3B market cap) as Wall Street wakes up to its high-margin
Butterfly Embedded licensing model and Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) partnerships. Q2 2026 gross margins hit a record 71.4%, and Adjusted EBITDA loss shrunk to just -$1.4M. However, at nearly 18x forward sales, the valuation is steep, and the core point-of-care ultrasound hardware business is growing far slower than the flashy licensing segment.
1. The Business & The "Ultrasound-on-Chip" Moat
Most legacy ultrasound carts (GE HealthCare, Philips, Siemens) use traditional piezoelectric crystals to generate sound waves. They cost anywhere from $20,000 to $100,000+ and require trained sonographers.
Butterfly replaced those crystals with a single silicon semiconductor chip (Capacitive Micromachined Ultrasonic Transducers, or CMUT). Because it lives on silicon, it rides Moore’s Law:
Hardware: The flagship iQ3 (and iQ+) is a whole-body handheld probe that plugs into a smartphone/tablet and costs roughly $2,700–$3,900 plus an annual SaaS subscription.
Enterprise SaaS: Compass AI helps hospital networks manage imaging workflows, compliance, and billing (capturing previously unbilled point-of-care scans).
Butterfly Embedded (The Real Catalyst): Instead of only trying to sell probes to doctors one by one, CEO Joseph DeVivo opened up the semiconductor and software stack for third-party licensing. Medical robotics and neurotech companies pay upfront access fees, R&D milestone payments, and eventuate into chip purchases.
2. By The Numbers (Q2 2026 & FY26 Guidance)
After post-SPAC cash burn nearly ran the company into the ground in 2022–2023 (and even triggered a brief NYSE delisting notice back in Jan 2026 before the stock rallied), the financial turnaround under CEO Joseph DeVivo and CFO John Doherty has been sharp:
Metric
Quarterly Revenue
$32.61M
+39.5% YoY (Beat consensus of $29.22M)
Gross Profit / Margin
$23.3M (71.4%)
+770 bps YoY (Up from 63.7% in Q2 2025)
Adjusted EBITDA
-$1.4M
+78% improvement YoY (Way ahead of -$6M to -$8M guide)
GAAP Net Loss / Adj. EPS
-$12.9M / -$0.01
Beat consensus estimate of -$0.04 EPS
Balance Sheet Reality Check: With $124.7M in cash and annual Adjusted EBITDA burn narrowed to ~$21M at the midpoint, Butterfly has roughly 3+ years of cash runway without needing immediate dilutive secondary offerings, moving it closer to cash-flow breakeven.
3. The Bull Case: Why Institutions Are Piling In
The BCI & Robotics Licensing Flywheel: In Q2 2026, Butterfly Embedded revenue jumped 439% YoY, driving the massive gross margin expansion to 71.4%. Look at the recent partnership tape:
Merge Labs (Sept 2026) & Bridge Neurotech (Oct 2026): Multi-year licensing deals using Butterfly’s Poseidon ultrasound chips to build non-invasive Brain-Computer Interfaces (BCIs)—decoding and imaging brain activity through the skull using ultrasound rather than drilling holes for surgical implants like Neuralink.
Mendaera (Oct 2026): Commercial launch of its FDA-cleared Focalist robotic needle-placement system powered by Butterfly’s chip.
Next-Gen "Apollo" Chip & Home Care:
Management is actively developing the Apollo semiconductor architecture for massive compute/AI imaging gains, while rolling out FDA-cleared AI tools (like gestational age blind-sweep) and Home & Community Care agreements to let nurses perform scans in patients' homes.
Med School Lock-In: Just announced a long-term alliance with VCOM (Oct 13, 2026) to put an iQ3 in the pocket of every incoming first-year osteopathic med student. Like Apple giving Macs to students in the 90s, training doctors on iQ3 locks them into the ecosystem for residency.
Wall Street Upgrades & Insider Buying: Over the last month, Evercore ISI initiated with an Outperform ($15 PT), while Needham and Canaccord initiated with Buys ($10 PT). Furthermore, Director Louise Phanstiel bought $999.5K worth of shares (~115.2k shares at ~$8.67) on the open market in August.
4. The Bear Case: What Could Go Wrong
Core Hardware Growth vs. Embedded Lumpiness: While headline Q2 revenue grew 39.5%, almost all of that beat came from lumpy upfront licensing and R&D milestone fees in Butterfly Embedded. Core medical device and hospital sales grew at a much more modest single-digit clip. If Embedded deal signings pause for a quarter, top-line growth will look ugly.
Valuation Is Priced for Perfection: At $8.00/share ($2.1B market cap), BFLY trades at roughly 17.5x FY26 guided revenue ($121M midpoint). For a company still posting a GAAP net loss of ~$13M a quarter (largely due to $37M in quarterly OpEx and ~$5.5M/quarter in stock-based compensation), any guidance miss will get punished severely.
Dual-Class Voting Control & CEO Plan Sales: Co-founder Jonathan Rothberg holds Class B super-voting shares (~26.4M shares with 20 votes per share), giving him majority voting control regardless of what retail or institutional shareholders want. Also, while a director bought $1M in August, CEO Joseph DeVivo recently sold 35,790 shares at $10.02 on Oct 6 under a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan.
5. Upcoming Catalyst: Q3 2026 Earnings (Oct 29, 2026)
Butterfly reports Q3 2026 earnings before the bell on Thursday, October 29, 2026 (Consensus EPS: -$0.03). Three key metrics will determine whether the rally has legs:
Core vs. Embedded Split: Are hospital Compass AI deployments and iQ3 probe volumes accelerating on their own, or is Embedded doing all the heavy lifting?
Home & Community Care Ramp: Management promised commercial traction and nurse training rollouts in H2 2026—investors will want concrete contract numbers.
Cash Burn: Whether Adjusted EBITDA stays near breakeven (-$1.4M in Q2) or widens back out toward their full-year guide (which implies -$5M to -$7M/quarter in H2).

Sekur’s international expansion is entering a more concrete phase.
Portuguese arrived on September 22. French followed on October 13. Both launches prepare the company for sales abroad. [1][2]
The investment angle starts with scale. At the October 13 reference quote of US$0.0247, Sekur’s indicated equity value is approximately US$6.4 million. That calculation uses the 259.6 million shares reported at June 30. [3][4]
At that size, hundreds of premium subscriptions could materially change the revenue base. Successful contracts could give investors a different business to value.
Two Launches, Two Sales Routes
The September 22 release introduced Sekur.com in Portuguese, following the earlier Spanish addition.
Sekur also described translating its workflows and onboarding for upcoming partners. That matters when customers must adopt unfamiliar communications software.
Angola is the immediate focus. Management said it expected an exclusive partnership in the coming weeks.
Mozambique and other Portuguese-speaking markets provide additional expansion possibilities. The release announced preparation for these markets, without assigning revenue to them. [1]
The October 13 release added French, the third additional language after Spanish and Portuguese.
This announcement provides a clearer timetable. Sekur says it already has a team in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. It expects sales there to begin in Q1 2027.
Its intended customers include government, defense, mining, and commodity organizations.
Switzerland offers another route. The release highlights Geneva’s commodity traders, family offices, and wealth managers. It also names Morocco, Algeria, and Côte d’Ivoire as potential francophone markets. [2]
These groups handle confidential negotiations, financial information, and operational communications. My investment inference is that these needs could support premium subscriptions.
French could help the same sales effort reach several customer groups. Portuguese could support local distribution in Angola.
Neither release discloses a signed customer order, contract value, or paid license count. The commercial opportunity remains prospective. [1][2]
A Small Revenue Base Makes New Sales Meaningful
Sekur’s first-half numbers show why international traction could matter.
Revenue reached C$185,828, against C$251,609 a year earlier. That represents a 26.1% decline.
The United States contributed C$182,363. The rest of the world contributed just C$3,465.
In other words, approximately 98.1% of reported revenue came from the United States. International sales represented only 1.9%. [3]
The new languages address a largely undeveloped revenue stream. Even modest overseas sales could change that geographic mix.
However, the company’s transition still needs to produce growth. A translated website supports distribution; investors eventually need invoices and collections.
Sekur’s September shareholder letter explains the intended shift toward government, defense, intelligence, and executive customers. It also acknowledges falling revenue during the transition from legacy accounts. [5]
The opportunity becomes more interesting when premium pricing enters the calculation.
The Subscription Math Behind the Opportunity
Management’s September letter announced a US$300 monthly commercial price for SekurOne.
At that price, one subscription represents US$3,600 in annualized gross revenue. [5]
The arithmetic scales quickly:
These calculations assume paying subscribers remain at the full monthly price for twelve months. They exclude existing revenue.
They also represent premium SekurOne subscriptions. Other products, distributor terms, and bulk agreements could produce different revenue per license.
Management estimated that approximately 200 SekurOne subscribers could bring the company to profitability. That is management’s estimate, rather than a demonstrated break-even result. [5]
For investors, the practical implication is straightforward. Sekur could grow materially without needing a mass-market customer base.
A department, executive group, or several smaller deployments could contribute meaningful license volumes. Whether Sekur can win those buyers remains the central execution question.
What Successful Execution Could Mean Per Share
The following illustration applies 5× annualized subscription revenue directly to equity value. This is our chosen modeling assumption.
It is not a peer-derived valuation, analyst target, or management forecast. No probability or completion date is assigned.
The first price column uses 259.6 million shares, from Sekur’s June filing. The second assumes 350 million shares. [3]
That larger count is a hypothetical dilution case, roughly 35% above the filing figure. It is not the current fully diluted count.
Against the US$0.0247 reference quote, the larger-share-count scenarios imply approximately 4%, 108%, and 316% upside, respectively. [4] The 1,000-subscription example would imply US$18 million of equity value. The 2,000-subscription example would imply US$36 million.
Those outcomes require both recurring sales and the assumed valuation multiple.
The multiple matters sharply. At 2× revenue, 1,000 subscriptions and 350 million shares imply approximately US$0.0206, below the reference quote.
These are sensitivity calculations. They exclude financing proceeds and balance-sheet adjustments, and assume the modeled revenue belongs to Sekur.
The releases establish potential sales routes. Future commercial results determine which valuation assumptions investors might accept.
The Milestones That Could Strengthen the Case
The next useful announcement would provide commercial terms.
For Angola, that means an executed partnership followed by paid deployments. For the DRC, it means evidence supporting the Q1 2027 sales timetable.
License counts, realized pricing, contract duration, and cash collection would make the opportunity measurable. Renewals would show whether early revenue can persist.
Funding also affects the value shareholders retain.
At June 30, Sekur reported C$1.53 million in cash and equivalents. First-half operating cash outflow was C$1.23 million. Its net loss reached C$2.18 million. [3]
Management’s September letter described a planned financing of up to US$1.4 million, expected to close before mid-December. It had not described completed proceeds. [5]
That makes sales conversion and financing terms equally relevant to the per-share outcome.
Sekur’s language launches give its international strategy practical infrastructure and a stated DRC sales window.
For a company with such a small revenue base, a few hundred premium customers could change the numbers substantially. Reaching thousands could support a much larger business.
The speculative upside sits in that progression: local sales capability, paid licenses, recurring revenue, and eventually a valuation supported by results.
Disclosure: The author has previously worked with Sekur’s CEO. Scenarios are illustrative and are not price targets.
Sources and Calculation Notes
Share reference: US$0.0247 × 259,627,079 shares = US$6.41 million. The June filing count is used because the CSE page displays a conflicting 252,907,652 figure. The 350 million share count is an assumption.
Scenario revenue = subscriptions × US$300 × 12. Equity value = scenario revenue × 5. Per-share value = equity value ÷ assumed shares. Upside uses unrounded model prices versus US$0.0247.
Financial statements are unaudited and in Canadian dollars. Pricing and modeled valuations are in U.S. dollars. Models exclude existing revenue, financing proceeds, and balance-sheet adjustments; they assume full-price paying users and gross revenue attributable to Sekur.

Thursday's scanners picked up some interesting activity across small caps, particularly in after-hours momentum, unusual relative volume, and repeated scanner hits.
For Friday, I'm focusing on stocks showing activity across multiple independent scanners rather than names appearing on a single momentum list.
We welcome you to take a three day free trial of our three platforms including: momentum stocks, options, and crypto where you will find trade ideas with entry, stop, and take profit levels. The free trial requires no credit card and you can access it at https://scstonkemporium.com
PRIMARY WATCHLIST
$XXII — After-Hours Momentum
XXII had the largest after-hours percentage gain among my primary candidates. The combination of trading volume, momentum activity, and two alerts makes this worth monitoring.
The obvious concern is chasing a stock that's already moved nearly 70%. I'll be watching for consolidation, liquidity, and whether buyers remain active.
$WETO — Strong Momentum and Volume Confluence
WETO has one of the strongest combinations of momentum and volume activity in the scan.
Hundreds of repeated signals across two scanners suggest sustained participation during the observed session. The question is whether that activity carries into Friday.
$CIGL — After-Hours Breakout Watch
CIGL has a combination of after-hours price movement, meaningful volume, and momentum confirmation.
I'll be watching whether the stock can establish support rather than immediately surrendering its after-hours gains.
$NCPL — Heavy After-Hours Participation
NCPL stands out for its after-hours share volume. Nearly 47 million shares traded in the observed after-hours window.
That much activity deserves attention, but high volume alone doesn't establish buying pressure or a sustainable move.
$BDRX — Multiple Scanner Confirmations
BDRX combines an elevated relative-volume reading with after-hours momentum and a scanner alert.
It's not the most active name on the list, but the evidence is coming from multiple sources.
SECONDARY WATCHLIST — UNUSUAL PARTICIPATION
These names showed notable momentum and volume activity during Thursday's session:
These are worth checking for continued participation, especially if fresh volume confirms Thursday's activity.
EXTREME RVOL — HIGHER-RISK WATCH
Three additional names showed unusually elevated relative-volume readings:
Extreme relative volume can identify unusual activity, but it can also reflect a very low historical volume baseline.
I'm keeping these separate until additional evidence confirms the moves.
AFTER-HOURS MOVERS NEEDING CONFIRMATION
Both deserve caution because the available relative-volume readings do not provide strong independent confirmation.
WHAT I'M WATCHING FRIDAY
My priorities at the open:
One important distinction: a stock appearing hundreds of times on a scanner doesn't mean it's going higher. Repeat hits show persistence of unusual activity, not a guaranteed direction.
MY TOP FIVE FOR FRIDAY:
$XXII, $WETO, $CIGL, $NCPL, $BDRX
I'm particularly interested in whether WETO's momentum/volume confluence continues and whether XXII and CIGL can sustain their after-hours activity without immediate profit-taking.
Thursday's data tells us where to look. Friday's price action determines what actually deserves attention.
What's everyone watching for Friday? Any catalysts or filings on these names that the scanners might not be capturing?
Data from October 15 scanner observations for the October 16 session. Scanner readings are historical, not live Friday signals. Educational research only, not financial advice. Always verify current news, filings, liquidity, spreads, halts, and market conditions.

MINNEAPOLIS, MN, Oct. 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- PetVivo Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: PETV) (“PetVivo” or the “Company”), together with its subsidiaries PetVivo Animal Health, Inc., Somatrix Technologies, Inc. and PetVivo AI, Inc., a biomedical device and therapeutics company focused on the commercialization of innovative medical devices and therapeutics for equine and companion animals, today announced the release of two research abstracts evaluating intra-articular administration of a collagen-elastin hydrogel, commercially available as the Company’s Spryng® with OsteoCushion® Technology, in rhesus macaques with naturally occurring osteoarthritis. The findings are scheduled for presentation at the 2026 Association of Primate Veterinarians (“APV”) Workshop, the 2026 American Association for Laboratory Animal Science (“AALAS”) National Meeting and the 2026 American College of Veterinary Pathologists (“ACVP”) Annual Meeting. The research described in both abstracts was conducted in conjunction with the Wisconsin National Primate Research Center at the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
“These preliminary findings represent an important step in expanding the scientific evidence supporting Spryng, demonstrating improved walking speed in rhesus macaques with naturally occurring osteoarthritis and documenting hydrogel incorporation into synovial tissues with minimal local inflammatory response,” said John Lai, Chief Executive Officer of PetVivo Holdings, Inc. “Together, these results strengthen the foundation for continued research into Spryng’s potential to help manage osteoarthritis and improve mobility. We look forward to sharing this work at three scientific conferences and advancing our understanding as additional analyses are completed.”
Spryng® with OsteoCushion® Technology, PetVivo’s lead commercial product, is a veterinarian-administered, intra-articular veterinary medical device composed of extracellular matrix microparticles containing collagen and elastin. Spryng is commercially available for the management of lameness and other joint-related afflictions, including osteoarthritis, in companion animals and horses.
Improved mobility following hydrogel administration
The abstract, “Improved mobility following intra-articular collagen-elastin hydrogel therapy in geriatric rhesus macaques with naturally occurring osteoarthritis,” describes a study for which 18 rhesus macaques with radiographically confirmed osteoarthritis affecting multiple joints were selected. Mobility assessments included walking speed, accelerometry, blinded subjective clinical scoring, reach testing and goniometry.
Preliminary analyses found statistically significant increases in walking speed at weeks one, two and three following treatment compared with baseline. The abstract reports a mean improvement of 0.22 ± 0.11 meters per second. Analyses of activity monitoring, goniometry and blinded mobility scoring remain ongoing.
Hydrogel incorporation and local tissue response
The second abstract, “Histopathologic characterization and persistence of an intra-articular hydrogel in rhesus macaques with naturally occurring osteoarthritis,” evaluates hydrogel localization, persistence and local tissue responses in four rhesus macaques with radiographically confirmed osteoarthritis. The animals received one or more intra-articular injections before clinically scheduled necropsies performed 11, 28, 54 or 68 days after injection.
Histologic evaluation identified incorporation of the hydrogel into the synovial membrane by day 11. Material remained identifiable through day 28 and appeared reduced in amount by day 54. Minimal inflammatory cellular infiltrates were observed in association with the material. Additional histochemical and immunohistochemical characterization is ongoing. These preliminary observations support continued investigation of the hydrogel as an intra-articular therapeutic for osteoarthritis.
Upcoming conference presentations
APV Workshop — Houston, Texas, October 21–24, 2026. Both abstracts are scheduled for consecutive presentations on October 23, beginning at 8:45 a.m.
AALAS National Meeting — Houston, Texas, October 25–29, 2026. The improved mobility abstract is scheduled for a platform presentation on October 28 at 2:00 p.m.
ACVP Annual Meeting — Indianapolis, Indiana, November 14–17, 2026. The histopathologic characterization abstract is scheduled for a poster presentation.
Julie Majka, DVM, MS, is the first author of both abstracts. The research team also includes Jennifer Coonen, Nicholas Keuler, Kirsty Husby, Heather Simmons, Puja Basu, Jennifer Hayes, Ricki Colman and Saverio Capuano III, with author participation varying by abstract.
These abstracts report encouraging preliminary findings of improved mobility and hydrogel incorporation into synovial tissues with minimal local inflammatory response in rhesus macaques with naturally occurring osteoarthritis. $WETO - needs to hold that support at $1.10 and break above $1.25 resistance and hold - could push $2+ resistances - potential halt play
$DRMA - .75 support needs to hold - no set up below here unless you like bottomed out plays
$GCDT - .4200 support - could push .5100 resistance - if it holds it could push to .70+ resistances (could halt)
$SPRC - needs to hold $4.60 support here and break above $6 resistance - could push that $8.25+ resistances after
