Taking care of myself, getting something done that I kept putting off, or simply having a good day after a rough one.

Feeling grateful today for the blessings I have, the love I received, the peace in my heart, and the beautiful things life continues to bring my way. Sometimes, the simplest things are the biggest reasons to be thankful.

Mine was a guy at the coffee shop who gave me a free pastry because they’d made one too many and he said “someone should enjoy it.” Nothing big, but it improved my whole morning.

I’ve been trying to notice little good moments more lately, because I realized I usually only remember the stressful ones. Curious what yours were today, or this week!

I am so touched by the fact that we have whole systems designed to help us… bless the ambulance drivers, EMTS, paramedics, fire fighters, and all others who remain at the ready for when we need them!
