We have longer life expectancy in Europe, half your homicide rate , and less personal debt. We also have way more paid holidays and leaves. So I ll end up seeing my familly and loved ones 2x more than you will , too busy to work for your billionaires overlord (who themselves have miserable lives).

#1 GDP in the world at $32 trillion, the most millionaires in the world, and the most trillion dollar companies by market capitalization.

which one of those millionaires will you go to when you need an ambulance you cant afford? will your billionaire-inflated gdo save your kids from being gunned down at school?

the fact that the usa is home to the most mega corps is a symptom of its biggest issue, not something to be proud of. generational dustrust in ghe authority of the government has led to it being unable to act against large corporations making living conditions worse for common people and eventually, it led to the government being populated by people who are interested in furthering the power of megacorps and making money off of it.

LOL. Cool story. How does that help the average person?

#10/10 in healthcare outcomes out of wealthy nations. https://www.commonwealthfund.org/publications/fund-reports/2024/sep/mirror-mirror-2024

2.7 years lower life expectancy than the rest of the OECD. https://www.oecd.org/en/publications/health-at-a-glance-2025_15a55280-en/united-states_3517f35e-en.html

The only OECD nation without paid maternity leave. https://www.oecd.org/en/publications/oecd-economic-surveys-united-states-2024_cdfff156-en/full-report/key-policy-insights_b4048d6a.html

Double the average obesity rate of the rest of the OECD. https://www.oecd.org/en/publications/health-at-a-glance-2025_15a55280-en/united-states_3517f35e-en.html

50% higher preventable deaths per year than the rest of the OECD. https://www.oecd.org/en/publications/health-at-a-glance-2025_15a55280-en/united-states_3517f35e-en.html

38th out of 43 countries on children's physical health. https://www.unicefusa.org/sites/default/files/2025-05/Report%20Card%2019%20Child%20Well-Being%20in%20an%20Unpredictable%20World.pdf

And that's before we get into severe lack of infrastructure investment in renewables and future technologies compared to the EU nations.

But yeah. Sweet. We have a lot of millionaires. That's great.

You’re just cherrypicking the figures where we’re doing worse than the average OECD and not mentioning the ones where we’re outperforming the average.

Also, the US is a massive multicultural country, and shouldn’t be compared to fucking Norway or Denmark.

Sure. We have lower unemployment, higher average wages, higher labor force participation rate, more adults with secondary and tertiary education, etc.

And your point? I maintain, the US is a third world country. Travel international more often, you'll see.

And how is the average citizen doing in the parameters considered "civilized"? Your answer just pointed to the problem.

Unless you're one of the 100 Americans who own most of that GDP, it's really not something to be bragging about...
