last time they tried to save 2 trillion in government spending they cut a bunch of genuinely helpful social systems and still increased spending by 2 trillion.
What would you call increased spending with decreased services if not bloated bureaucracy?

Still, Eu is a burocratic hellscape who lost the train to every new technology to China and Us
