Most schools just give us a key on a lanyard. This particular school gave me a Ted Lasso ID. I had several students ask about it.
I asked the secretary about it and she said "We used to have the substitute from Key and Peele, but the kids don't really recognize it. So we updated it to Ted Lasso."

There’s also an opportunity to purchase the jacket I am wearing in the first photo. It’s extremely rare and only made for the cast and crew of season 1. I want it to go to a fan and I’ve only posted this on Reddit as it seems to be where the genuine fans are 🎬❤️⚽️
3 days left before it’s taken down. If you’d like it signed, I can do that!

Hello everyone,
Just saw a week ago that Apple TV dropped the Richmond Way after season 4 and I didn't see anyone talk about it. Did you listen to it? Is there any way I can purchase it without having to use Apple Books? Is it any good and as long as a normal book?

The season has ended but not prepared to move on from Ted Lasso world just yet. 😅
Been watching all the pre-season release promotions — all 1 to 2 months old but it’s oddly comforting to see them again and share a laugh. 🤗
Any favourite interviews of yours / promo event?
Would love to check it out!

PS - It’s crazy how low Juno Temple’s spice tolerance is in this Hot Wings episode! 😂 She comes across really adorable while struggling to speak with her mouth on fire!

Alright you Kansas City people. I am currently in Kansas City and want to try either Arthur Bryant’s or Gates. Which one do you recommend? I will not be able to go to both as I’m the only one in the group who enjoys bbq, I barely got them to agree to go to one

When I first saw the preview for this show it looked boring and I thought it wouldn’t last more than a season. Plus, back then, I really didn’t like Jason Sudeikis as an actor. His early work on movies like Horrible bosses and Hall pass were cringe and I am not if fan of that kind of humor.
Then I saw an episode clip where he was playing darts on ig and thought, maybe it is worth watching. I Started watching the first season and thought, meh… it’s the movie Major League with soccer… boy was I wrong! I absolutely love this show! The end of season 3 even made me tear up. I never expected to love this show as much as I do. I almost wish they sold it on Blu-Ray so I can keep it, in case the day ever comes where Apple or the show disappears.
What are your favorite episodes you have rewatched?
Mine have to be
S1e4 - Cam Cole playing at the event
S3e11 - Ted’s Second chance quote.
S3e12 - The whole episode is amazing!
S4e6 - Jump around scene and Roy admitting his love for Keeley.

I really don't understand this storyline. I truly don't. It's like this show is trying to do two things at once:
1/ Dive deep into characters' emotional journeys towards healing, facing their fears, overcoming trauma, learning from past mistakes etc... In short, a thoughtful study of human nature. All the while exhibiting the importance of being held accountable (which is major and necessary) but never without grace or compassion.
2/ Situational comedy with no real stakes.
Well, it can't do both.
The show can't have one of its core characters be relentlessy psychologically and emotionally abused and for it to seemingly never be addressed or questioned by the narrative and other characters. You can't ask an audience to root for people to do better, get better, feel better, and still include that one random guy that appears to suffer through hell with no apparent end in sight.
Hashtag FreeBeard.

I like to rewatch shows to fall asleep to. It helps my brain relax and calm down. And recently Ted Lasso has replaced Stargate for me.
So when I was woken this morning to hear our favorite bartender Mae, it made me reflect on something.
Season 1 ends with "The Hope that Kills You". Mae even says it directly to Ted. Come around now to Season 4.
Mae is at the game for the Lady Greyhounds. She has hope that they may win it. And we know how that ended. It's very bittersweet. And I'm not quite sure if it was intentional by the writers or not; to have Mae have hope that the Lady Greyhounds would win and be promoted, only to have her own words be her own self-fulfilling prophecy.
But yeah, that's how my morning started!

I think her clothing represents her growth. Like it or not, she appears in beige in ep1 but becomes more of "herself" as the episodes go on. Idk, I like that detail

My family name is O’Gorman
After seeing the O’Gorman whiskey bottle throughout the show I tried to find it only to find out it’s not real but named after one of the people working on the show.
Does anyone happen to have a clear printable image of the lable that I can print off and put on a bottle to gift as a prop for my aunt

So there was a recent thread about stereotyping, which I hadn't given a ton of thought to. I agree that the twins are very one dimensional and an Irish stereotype (in service to a fantastic memorial duet, I might add).
But being from the Midwest, I realized it doesn't really matter to me because Ted's whole persona negates the OTHER stereotype that people in the Midwest are all ignorant, bigoted and culturally benighted. Sure, Ted's folksy wisdom and twangy accent are unrealistic. But friendliness and common sense are easier to come by in Kansas and Missouri than what the news might suggest. And the barbecue....

… this season’s “be curious, not judgmental” quote for me personally.
Coach Alice Chilton was truly an amazing addition this season.

I am curious what others think.
Ted has had a lot of success in a sport he originally knew nothing about. Led the men’s team out of Relegation and back to the top of the league. Took 3 years off and came back and instantly led a newly formed women’s team to success.
So would other teams actively be trying to recruit him for a coaching role and would Ted even consider it ?
Someone like him is wasted in an assistance’s role and I get he’s helping Alice ( what an unselfish champ) but could it seriously be a long term thing for him to be the Women’s teams assistant?

I have been making butterfly hair accessories for 6 years now. I felt like I was looking at my own artwork when I saw a butterfly in Keeley's hair. So exciting, even if it wasn't handmade by me.

Tonight's episode about Suicide has truly healed something in me I've been needing for a very very long time. Please watch this episode with a box of tissues everyone.
Edit: Sorry I'm late forgot I wasn't watching day of release after a vacation 😭

Why are all the managers in the show called Derrick?
