| Advice Needed Kinda depressed? - Think I should ask for roll off.

23M, fresher

I'm not doing well mentally. Not able to do anything let alone work.

Called my lead this morning and explained him everything, even broke down a couple times while explaining.

Thankfully I'm blessed with a good lead and team.

He asked me to take 2-3 days off and recharge, reflect. Then come back if I feel better.

I've taken the leave, but I think I'll need more time, I'm even okay getting rolled off to bench as this will hurt the project if I stay on leave for so long.

Even my leads would find it hard to justify my leaves to management.

Open to advices.

(Workload is not the reason for this btw, I've no idea why I'm feeling low)

| Quick Question Bonus update!!

I joined Accenture on 28 July 2026 at Career Level 11 (CL11), with a compensation package of ₹7.5 LPA fixed and ₹1.5 LPA variable, where the variable bonus ranges from 0% to 21%.

I wanted to know whether I would be eligible for a bonus in the November performance cycle, payable in November. If so, how much can I realistically expect?

A quick update on my project allocation: I was hard-locked to a project on my second day at Accenture and have been actively working on it ever since.

| Quick Question L7 pay range

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some insights on the fixed salary for an L7 role at Accenture.

I have around 9 YOE and am considering a move to Accenture for a Program Manager role. I’ve been with my current company since i joined it after my MBA, so I’m not entirely sure what the current salary ranges look like in the market.

Could anyone share what the typical fixed pay is for an L7 at Accenture? Even a rough range would be really helpful.

Thanks in advance!

| Role & Domain Queries Accenture Level 8 React.js Interview Experience (8 YOE) – 4 Technical Rounds + Virtual In-Person Round

Hi everyone!

I wanted to share my interview experience for an Accenture Level 8 – React.js / Frontend Developer role with around 8 years of experience. Hopefully, this helps someone preparing for a similar interview.

Round 1 – Technical + Coding (Around 1 hour)

The first round lasted around an hour.

For the first 20 minutes, they asked questions about JavaScript and React concepts.

For the next 30 minutes, I was given a coding challenge in CodeSandbox.

The coding challenge was to implement a debounced search using a custom React hook. I was also given some broken code and asked to identify and fix the issues.

Round 2 – Internal Technical Round

Another technical discussion with the internal team, focusing on technical knowledge and frontend development concepts.

Round 3 – Client Technical Round

This round covered several areas:

Questions related to my resume and previous projects.

I mentioned that I had led a team of three developers, and they asked me to explain my experience.

Discussions around the technical points and responsibilities mentioned in my resume.

React Hooks questions.

A faulty code snippet that I had to analyze, identify the issues, and fix.

They focused not just on theoretical knowledge but also on practical experience, debugging, and problem-solving.

Round 4 – Another Internal Technical Round

I had one more technical discussion with the internal team.

Final Round – Virtual Interview at the Office 😄

This was the interesting part. I had to go to the office and attend the interview virtually!

So, technically, it was an in-person visit for a virtual interview. 😅

Current Status

After completing all these rounds, I received a link today to upload my documents. Now I'm waiting for the HR discussion.

Overall, it was a lengthy interview process for Level 8, with a strong focus on JavaScript, React, coding, debugging, and real project experience.

I'll share an update once I hear back from HR.

Questions for the community:

Has anyone recently joined Accenture at Level 8 with around 8 years of experience in React.js / Frontend Development?

What CTC can I realistically expect for this role?

Since I've completed all the interview rounds and received the document upload link, does this indicate that things are moving towards an offer? What happens next?

I'd appreciate it if anyone who recently received a Level 8 offer could share their fixed CTC, variable pay, and total CTC.

Thanks in advance!

| Quick Question Will we have a MyCompetency assessment for AEH?

Post image
• Upvotes

We received the schedule for our stream training assessments, including MCQ1, MCQ2, Hands-On, viva, and the capstone project. However, there is no mention of MyCompetency in the schedule or the AEH Assessment Framework.
Will we have a separate MyCompetency assessment, or are these stream training assessments all we need to complete?

| Quick Question I accepted PPO off campus, now i wanna sit for on campus hiring

Hi.
I received an off campus PPO for AASE role, and i just accepted LoI.
But now, accenture is going to do on campus FTE hire for elite engineer role. I want to sit for oncampus.
But as accenture stories candidate’s credentials and match up with Pan card number, if i apply on campus, my application would be rejected.
Are there any ways so that I can sit for oncampus by clearing the database of Accenture? Or any way? Please help.

| Offer Discussion Offer letter release after ppo

Hello everyone, i participated in the GO FOR GOLD internship June - July 2026. Post completion I received a mail for PPO and i accepted the letter of intent.

I am confused about the release of offer letters as accenture is conducting their campus drives right now and many people are posting questions about their selection. Would the PPO candidates ( like me) and the one selected via campus drive have a similar joining date and would they be getting their offer letters around the same time?

If anyone knows kindly share their views on this. Sorry if I skipped information worth knowing for a better understanding. Feel free to ask for more details.

Kudos!

| Quick Question Do they ask technical questions in accenture fresher/oncampus interview?

I've heard they ask hr questions about projects too many times but I haven't heard information about if they ask technical question like, "you said you this algorithm, can you write the code" or writing the DB schema code or write pseudo code for logging in.

Do they ask these type of questions or no? My interview is coming up in 2 days

| Quick Question AEH Stream Training passing percentage

I wanted to know what percentage of AEH candidates usually clear all the assessments after stream training including the Mycompetency test.

Seniors who joined as AEH in or before 2025, please share your experience. How many people were there in your cohort while stream training and how many passed all the assessments approximately, and what was ur stream?

It would be really helpful to get an idea.

| Quick Question Accenture ASE Level 12 – Am I eligible for variable pay in the November cycle?

Hi everyone,

I joined Accenture on 10th July 2026 as an ASE (Level 12). I have been on the bench since joining and haven't been allocated to any project yet.

I wanted to ask a few questions:

  1. Will I receive variable pay in the November 2026 cycle?

  2. Is variable pay applicable to new joiners who joined in July?

  3. Does being on the bench affect variable pay eligibility or the payout amount?

If anyone who joined recently or has knowledge of Accenture's variable pay policy could share their experience, it would be really helpful.

Thanks in advance!
