MITIE

Has any other guard who TUPE'd over to MITIE from ASDA noticed they have breached the contract they signed?

So far now theres been a few indications that MITIE have breached the contract at my store with me & other colleagues

Well there was a team call saying there are going to be possible deployment and redundancy
