I really have a feeling that he ment the rest of the group I mean he already left those in the labs and he’s realistic enough to know he’s not gonna do anything to the company

Thought I might pop in, Flying Fox is right, faded grey text is memory text.

Coldsteel is also correct; 'Them' is referring to a memory, not the rest of the group Orion is currently in. What that memory is? Well...
