I can accept Troll priests, but who even came up with orc mages? In vanilla's timeline no less. 😩

It feels like they put even less effort into the new class/race combos making sense than Cata did. It's honesty frustrating because retail's lack of care for the lore is one of the primary reasons I stopped playing it.

Did y’all even play Vanilla? There are orc mages in the Blackrock and Dragonmaw clans lmao, you literally fight them in the game

Those would be warlocks and using the powers they got from the legion, so they're not a part of Thrall's horde.

Never said they’re part of Thrall’s Horde. I just said orc mages exist. They’re not warlocks. Bloodaxe Evokers cast Arcane Bolt, Blackrock Sorcerers cast Fireball and Flamestrike, and Blackwing Mages cast Fireball and Arcane Explosion. Those are orc mages.
