Mostly yes? Most retail Players dont use SD models so why complaining?
To think classic andys are not sweats regarding parsing needs a very wide (world rounding) stretch? Did you sleep since classic release?

No one’s arguing for them period, and retail players aren’t trying to fight against higher quality SD models.

HD versions of the existing SD classic models would be perfect.

There definitely is arguing around the retail HD models they're introducing in forever. It's very reminiscent of the warlords of draenor art style and direction.

There’s no arguing around those things, there’s people complaining that the SD skin doesn’t fit the HD frame well, I’ve never seen pushback against changing it to look more right.
