Form Check Any tips?

I seem to always release on hyzer. There are some obvious things I notice like my footwork, but any advice is appreciated!

As others mentioned, it might be best to return to a standstill to work on more important aspects of your throw. Two biggest things I could see helping right now are keeping your elbow up throughout the throw, and focusing on not rounding. I think these would probably help with the hyzer release you're struggling with. Especially the elbow up part.

I don't even know if that's a hyzer release? OP's body is falling back and away, it's some sort of forced over anhyzer-twist. Lots of trying for a result at the end with a chain that's not aimed at what they're doing.

I was mostly going off what OP said. Rewatching the video a few times, I see what you mean but I also think we can see a good deal of the flight plate right after it leaves his hand.

I see that as well, I'm almost thinking it's an early release of that makes sense. I'm willing to bet that OP really yanks them right a long way when they hit the 10:00 hit point.
