seeking extreme\brutal music with tambourine

help me find more of this niche stuff.
what im looking for:
grind, noise, death metal and sludge. think vague illusions by cult of luna, tordenbrak by kvelertak, less meaning by the body, the facts by trap them, and rotting in the free world by carcass.
ideally the tambourine hits in the breakdown- but not totally necessary.

not looking for:
martyr by fear factory, melodic/symphonic metal, folky, elven, 80s heavy metal, acoustic stuff, prog, pop, 70s rock, psych rock, kraut, funny meme stuff, or beatdown. people telling me this doesnt exist, i started the playlist with only one song.

self promo CELLSEQ

CELLSEQ - Microsoft Excel inspired midi plugin / app

It's a grid, like Excel, and a little "bang" walks across it.

A number in a cell plays that step of the scale, and it also makes the bang hop that many cells, so the numbers you type decide both the notes and the path.

A few letters and symbols in a cell do other things: rolls, stutters, chops, replays, jumps and dropouts. Cells can also hold Excel formulas.
It only sends MIDI, so it drives whatever synths or drum racks you like. It runs as a Mac app and as an iPad AUv3 inside AUM. The video is a grid playing through some synths.
Still testing.

I mostly use it to get odd, glitchy, slightly unpredictable patterns that still stay in key. I'm also feeding it data / spreadsheets to hear what the data sounds like.

self promo I make some harsh noise glitch radio improv on vcv rack

As you may have seen we're having some fun telling our government and state thugs to fuck off in France and it's going to continue I hope.

Here's a contribution that was done while dummy président Macron spoke about the 17th of october uprising, I did not listen to his bullshit but managed to make a less violent and more audible translation of his words. I did not know he was going to speak live while I recorded my session, enjoy haha!

Yesterday I had another of those sessions where I got so far and got stuck. So I put the individual tracks online.

Do what you like with them.

gear Help Choosing the Mic between Korg CM300 and CM400

For my uni project im building a metal instrument that uses a tv parabolic antenna as base and instead of building a resonance box I think it'll be more smart to use a contact mic, but I didn't understood between Korg CM300 and Korg CM400.

I'm more inclined to buy the CM400 just because of the 3.5 Jack looking easier to use as a beginner with cable connexion and stuff like that.

If someone could give me a opinion on this I would be grateful :)

self promo Building towards a mixtape ✷

I've been making music for about 5 years now and I started posting just a year ago. I thought it was about time I share something on bigger platforms so I got a couple songs that I'll add as a small mixtape before the year ends. I'm interested in genres ranging from noise/plunderphonics to rock latino/shoegaze. I'm hoping that a few more people can listen to my work aside from my best friends and my soundcloud day ones lmao. Also looking to connect with artists as well so feel free to reach out ദ്ദി˙∇˙)ว https://soundcloud.com/glaretotal

self promo Download codes for 156's The Art of Dying

In 2016, I released the nine-track Memento Mori 10" EP, where all the music was made using only human bones. Recently, I released all 13 of the songs from those sessions as The Art of Dying CD and cassette (tape now sold out), though I never made the digital version available for purchase on its own.

Here are ten download codes for it for anyone out there who'd like to have it.

If all have been claimed, message me (today only) and I'll try to scrounge up some more.

If you’re interested, I’ve released this EP. It’s a blend of electronic, noise, and ambient music, with black metal and psychedelic influences. If you’d like to share your thoughts, here’s the link. Also, if you happen to be in Rome and are interested in collaborating—perhaps even for live performances—feel free to reach out to me on Instagram: carneviva3 https://soundcloud.com/user-564424678/sets/di-nuovo-il-nulla?si=df4eec64f56c49a5b686705e0f341e6b&utm_source=clipboard&utm_medium=text&utm_campaign=social_sharing
