Heya wise people of Reddit,
I have two Phelsuma Klemmeri geckos. (Bought as one year old)
I did my research for feeding before I got them, but this focused on what to feed them and only an idea of how much. I understood the following was good when they are one year old:
Monday: 3 +\- fruitfly for each gecko
Wednesday: a small cup of Pangea Papaya gecko diet (removed Thursday evening)
Friday: 3 +\- fruitfly for each gecko
No food on Saturday or Sunday.
Following applies:
There are some small flies and springtails they capture in the terrarium (there are also small white roly-polies but I have never seen one after adding them in the startup)
All the fruit flyās get dusted with powder without D3, they have a UVB 7% lamp.
Following happens:
Female doesnāt eat a lot of the Pangea
Male often ends up eating less of the fruit flyās
Male was very social starting on day two, female was shy in first weeks. Last Monday I opened the terrarium and the usually more timid lady stormed out, jumped on my hand and started murdering all 6 flies in the cup. I got some extra to give the male a chance, he got two, lady again captured some as well. Tuesday Lady was very intense, constantly jumping around and also some window splooting, weirdly (seemingly) trying to get my attention, in the evening I caved and gave her some extra nibbles of Pangea, first time seeing her eating this.
Male seemed more timid than usual.
I decided to reevaluate my feeding schedule and literally every article says something different.
When looking up pictures of Klemmeri, mine do look a bit thin but bigger compared to when I bought them.
I am feeling my schedule is derailing a bit.
My question is: what is a proper feeding schedule? I figure itās not written in stone, but instead of more confusing articles, I would love to hear actual experiences.
Also thank you for reading the wall of text and thanks in advance for any tips given š

Hello! This is Stevie, I was recently given them because they would've been put down otherwise. They (idk gender) were born in a large, heavily planted show tank so I have no idea how old they are. They were found in water dishes several times half drowned because they fell in and couldn't get out.
I zoom in on their limbs a few times in the video, I'm not entirely sure what's wrong with them but they seem painful ): Honestly I haven't had geckos since I was a little kid (my parents did all the care other than feeding,) so I'm a teeny bit out of my depth here aha, I just couldn't bear to let them die if something could be done.
Bioactive enclosure with some springtails, cork bark, plants, a bottle cap for a water dish, 40-70% humidity throughout 24h. I can't stress enough that I know they're arboreal and ideally this is going to be a temporary enclosure, I'm worried about putting them in a taller one at the moment because of their difficulty clinging/climbing. I'd really love any suggestions on heating and lighting, at the moment they only have a zoo-med reptisun nano 5w uvb/uva and the tank is at 82°F under that, 75°F in the cooler zone. (I just got them yesterday and wasn't able to get them one then or today, but will absolutely have one tomorrow!)
Any suggestions, advice, possible diagnoses, etc. would be so so so appreciated, thanks so much in advance!!!

Got a call from my son in law that he found a gecko in the stockroom at his work. Itās in the 50°s where we are and his boss was going to toss this little dude in the woods. So my SIL wanted to know if we could take him. Iām pretty sure Junior is a juvenile Mediterranean house gecko, but now can be considered a Midwest house gecko because Iāve already started plans to build out an enclosure for him.

We brought home a 3 year old gargoyle gecko from an expo last week, but I haven't seen any sign of him since 3am the first night. This photo is from when we placed him in the enclosure. Since then, there have been no signs that he's eaten his food, and no signs from our blink camera for movement at night. I fully expected to leave him alone for the first week or longer, but I'm worried that he isn't eating and there is no sign of him at all. I saw him at 3:30am on the first night, hanging upside down from the mesh ceiling, and a bunch of leaves and stuff were knocked over, so he was definitely moving around the first night. Now, nothing for 7 days. He is in a bioactive 18x18x36 bioactive enclosure with lots of dark, hard to reach hiding spots. I have a large vertical cork round that's glued into place - I expect he is in there, but I worry that he might be stuck. I don't want to stress him more by moving stuff around. I added fake plants and plan to add more to clutter up the tank even more, to make him feel more secure. How long do I go with no sign of life whatsoever before I disturb my bioactive tank and/or seriously worry that he escaped? What do I do? I feel like a bad mama.

Went from no lizards 2 weeks ago to rescuing a Tokay who passed from cancer after a week and a half.. just my luck.
To now having 2 Leachies babies, a false chameleon, and a crested gecko.
I used to always want reptiles growing up and finally got the chance.
I prefer these obsessions over cars and material items bc I always wanna trade those things.
Ain't trading these fellas

Cyrus is pretty much semi-aquatic at this point. Spends all day at the poolās edge (or straight up IN the pool and taking sips of water every couple of hours) then spends all night in predator mode. Two more days until a new prey release into the enclosure (2-3 dubia roaches, at least one of which are his favorite: full-grown adult males)

Meet Halud.
Spicy, opinionated, quite vocal, and with the depth perception of a one-eyed raptor.
Last Friday, Halud struck at and missed his roach. The roach fell and cowered. While I attempted to retrieve his meal, Halud decided to eat a nearby piece of sphagnum moss instead.
While I tried to wrestle it away from him twice, both times it broke off into smaller chunks. Before I could make a third attempt at retrieval heād apparently had enough of me trying to steal his weird, flavorless bug, and so greedily swallowed it.
Itās now six days later, and he has yet to pass it. So here we are at the exotics vet, about to spend $300 on diagnostics while he bites an even weirder bug (see: towel) in his transport container.
Shame him.
