American discovering that the UK’s solution to a problem, isn’t shooting things in the face.

Those eurocucks don't even nuke their hurricanes!

u/CutsSoFresh 4h ago

And they just had another school shooting recently too

16

u/_EveryDay 3h ago

That's just one that reached the news here. If you search, you'll find they had a lot more

1

u/reverandglass 1h ago

Last time I looked, a few years ago now, they averaged one a week

21

u/DeeJayAych 2h ago

As an American, I've woken up multiple times just this week alone to see headlines about various school shootings. I believe in this country less and less every day that I wake up in it

We're being driven to it. Well aside from being Britain's former penal colony (before independence made them switch to Australia) and the lead in the gasoline until the mid 90s (being more technologically advanced does have its drawbacks) which dropped IQ and raised aggression 4X. Aside from those line items, just like Israel keeping its population traumatized (trauma stacks and can be passed through genetic markers 4 generations) to keep/develop the psycho mode we have building over here. We're not gung-ho for war enough for our overlords. They require more bloodthirsty grunts to do their bidding.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_mass_shootings_in_the_United_States_in_2026

That list of 2026 mass shootings is like an everyday occurrence. And it doesn't even cover shootings of less than 4 people sooo... factoring that in is bananas (looking at you Harambee, you sweet prince)

How you guys doing with that event at arndale manchester mall abt a month ago?

10

u/True-Bromance 4h ago

Not going to lie went to see what you were on about and first thing that pops up is some kids stabbing each other 5 minutes ago in the carpark.

1

u/Draaly 3h ago

wow. The first article that popped up was published 6 minutes before their post. Talk about topical.

-14

u/kingweeb6667 4h ago

Well that's even more recent, so there it is. No hate on yall, bro is just acting like large scale violence with a deadly weapon is an exclusively american thing.

15

u/MattTheRadarTechh 4h ago

Large scale violence in 1st world countries is exclusively an American thing.

Source:

Am American. Higher stabbings and shootings per capita than our first world country counterparts.

-16

u/kingweeb6667 4h ago

When i say large scale i mean an event with multiple victims, not frequency, and as most first world countries ik of have at least some events with a weapon and multiple victims it literally isn't. That's like saying deep fried food is exclusive to america just because most other countries only do it on occasion.

7

u/Bruelo 3h ago

Sorry, can you link to the comment in this thread that said it's exclusive an American thing?

4

u/BadahBingBadahBoom 3h ago edited 3h ago

When i say large scale i mean an event with multiple victims,

Also higher rate in the US.

Seriously what angle are you going for here lol?

If you want a 'US good' statistic cite total GDP, wages, or number of billionaires (many would argue actually not a good thing but still). Don't go for things the US is notably worse at in comparison to comparably-wealthy countries.

Pretty hard to commit mass murders with a knife btw

22

u/jimbobsqrpants 4h ago

There is still less homicides in the UK every year from guns, than a single month in Chicago.

With 65 million more people in the UK than Chicago.

-17

u/Puzzled-Secret-317 4h ago

Right. No need to kill people directly when you can just refuse to supply air conditioners and let the heat waves kill them off for you

14

u/jimbobsqrpants 4h ago

I will give you that

6 of my kids died this summer due to lack of AC and ice in their drinks

-15

u/Puzzled-Secret-317 3h ago

Nice. Really racking up a good score there. Keep going, I heard you get a multiplier for streaks past 10

11

u/jimbobsqrpants 3h ago

I don't have a license for more than 9

11

u/Broodlurker 3h ago

Americans are so sad

-10

u/androodle2004 iwrestledabeartwice 3h ago

And a uk heatwave in June killed more people in 8 days than the us in the entirety of 2024

20

u/INITMalcanis 3h ago

If only we had guns! Then we could have shot the heatwave :(

-8

u/androodle2004 iwrestledabeartwice 3h ago

You can debate the finer points of gun control but can’t figure out how to keep a dwelling below lethal levels of heat, that tracks.

-12

u/kingweeb6667 4h ago

And chicago is the most violent city in america, that's the exception, not the rule.

22

u/SupplyChainMismanage 4h ago

Chicago is not the most violent city in the US. It’s not even in the top 10.

7

u/kingweeb6667 4h ago

Just looked it up, you're right. I remember that being so at one point, but i'm wrong on that one

5

u/UniversityStrong5725 3h ago

thank you for admitting you were wrong, but do u see how alluring the temptation of always demanding you are right is? a lesser man would double down and blame all the immigrants in a sanctuary city for lying about the statistics or some liberal conspiracy, you just admitted it and moved on. FUCKING THANK YOU for doing that

4

u/BadahBingBadahBoom 3h ago edited 0m ago

There are 12 large cities in the US with a population of 1 million residents or more.

These cities have an average homicide rate of ~7x that of London, with the highest at ~13x.

The most shocking statistic? Even the US major city with the lowest homicide rate is still almost double that of London's.

London's homicide rate would rank in there bottom 1st percentile compared to major US cities. Now that's a comparison that speaks volumes.

4

u/jimbobsqrpants 4h ago

Hawaii then

if you strip away suicides and look only at criminal murders, the gap is still massive: • Hawaii (Population 1.4 million) = ~20 gun murders per year. • The UK (Population 67 million) = ~32 gun murders per year

1

u/InfluenceSad5221 3h ago

Oh were just lying now.

6

u/The_GILF_Next_Door 4h ago

What? I thought Americans only had mass shootings?

-4

u/kingweeb6667 4h ago

Not even, and the arndale manchester mall was a stabbing with multiple victims, but dude was acting like large scale violence with a deadly weapon is exclusive to america.

6

u/INITMalcanis 3h ago

The US also has more deaths from stabbings than the UK.

10

u/Heavy_Bookkeeper_117 4h ago

Mass shootings in America is a everyday normal thing.

-6

u/kingweeb6667 4h ago

So are stabbings in the UK

12

u/MattTheRadarTechh 4h ago

And yet the UK doesn’t have a systemic problem similar to the US.

UK has a ban on guns and their stabbings are still less per capita than the US

-7

u/Professional-Drag-52 4h ago

And how many people die from the heat and cold again?

6

u/MattTheRadarTechh 4h ago

What idiotic argument are you trying to make?

2

u/Evercent 3h ago

This is such strawman behavior

"We don't have mass shootings"

"What bout the stabbings?"

"The stabbings are still less than yours."

"Well What about the heatwaves?!"

No matter what they respond with, you're just going to move the goal post again.

1

u/Professional-Drag-52 3h ago

Do people genuinely not know that significantly more people die to heat and cold in the uk than in the us?

And its not because of a major difference in weather but because of housing and infrastructure

4

u/forhead123 4h ago

Banning guns/ enforcing heavy gun rules and regulations is 1000's times easier than doing the same for knives

3

u/BadahBingBadahBoom 3h ago

So are stabbings in the UK

Also more common in the US.

Pick something the US is actually ranked better at.

4

u/EstablishmentLate532 3h ago

I don't think it was a conscious decision, because saving an animal over a human could open them up to criminal liability for manslaughter. I think they just didn't reach him in time.

0

u/GuyEatsTiramisu 2h ago

I don’t think the tiger should’ve been shot, but a guy did die still. It’s not like “UK’s solution” had a happy ending.

Yes I know he made the decision, but still not good
