Inherited 250k. House has $140k left on mortgage, interest rate on that is 3.85%. No other debt. Cars are all paid off. no credit card debt Salary with my partner combined is around $150k and my partners company already contributes to RRSP plus has a great pension plan. We are already saving around $800 a month in a regular savings account. We also have liquid savings of around 50K in a regular savings account. We are 30.
