I had my septum pierced in 2007 and stretched to 00g in like 2010. I always wore a plug to hide it from my family when I would come home from college and eventually stopped altogether. It never shrank much and I’ve pretty much had a 2g hole ever since.

I recently started wearing (smaller) stuff in my septum again. Basically I’m looking for confirmation that this size and style suits my face and that I don’t look ridiculous. Thanks in advance, internet people.

Haven’t stretched my conch in well over a decade and decided to start again recently via half sizes through glasswear studios. Just hit 9mm

Lobes are at 44mm. Had them scalpelled in the spring; I’ll do a separate post on that eventually.

Technically only one ear is at 18mm the other is at 17.5mm

Where can I find cute 18mm jewelry? I checked urban body jewelry and body art forms but they didn’t have much of a selection of cute stuff. Is there anywhere else to look or do I have to size up to 19mm?

I love my ears now and it took me 6 years to get here but now I feel like they're so small! Do my lobes look okay to keep stretching?

Side note, does the "I know this size looked so big but now that I've had them for a week they feel small" feeling ever go way? 😭

So I had my lobes pierced as a kid (naturally way too low!) and the holes never completely closed. A few years ago, I decided to get my lobes repierced above the original holes. And then afterwards stretch them. I had a 2,5mm 4mm clicker ring laying around so I decided to try to get it in my lower holes. Which went in easily. My upper ones were already up to 4mm at one point, so that was no challenge. And lo and behold: a 2,5mm orbital!

Ok so I've had my ears stretched to some degree for about 15 years. Biggest they've been was 5/8. Currently one is about a 0 and the other is about a 2. I wanna get back up there but all the streching kits online always go up to 00 then start back at 7/16. Does anyone know where I can find one that goes from 2 to maybe 3/4, or am I gonna just have to buy 2 seperate ones? Old photo for the stretch tax!!! Thank you!!!

I recently got up to 10mm/00g, and I’m having difficulties finding .5 increments for my next size ups, what do I go to next safely without risking a blowout/injury?

I was wanting to get a pair of the Kaos ear skins but it seems like they come in 9mm and 11mm, but not 10mm which is my size. Should I get the 9mm or 11mm?

I've been at 6g for about a month and my septum piercing feels very snuge- more snug than all my past stretches. Was wondering how long ut could potentially take to not feel so tight.

Moving it in my nose ito straighten it out isn't possible unless freshly showered or if i use oil.

my septum is at 8g right now and it's doing great but I've been stretching my ears and a replacement for self harm and now they are at 0G in under two months and my ears are in pain. How the hell do I make them feel better?

is it normal to feel like it’s always trying to push forward? idk how to explain it, but it feels like it’s never sitting quite right

Took over a year off from stretching once I hit 10mm, but recently my jewelry kept falling out so decided to finally go and order the next size up. They just arrived today and slide in so smoothly, think my next goal will be 15mm so will see how that goes! :)

I've had my ears stretched to 10mm for a good few years now, no complications or blowouts but I've noticed with certain double flared plugs only one ear takes them and the other doesn't stretch over to take them in. Both ears take any other jewellery of that size just fine. Are my ears just weird? Would wearing something weighted help it loosen up a bit? The "tight" ear is opposite of the side I sleep on if that for some reason affects anything. I've tried buying one size down for that ear but then it's too small and sits too loose.

Those are my stretched septum (6mm) and nostril (3mm), both titanium anodized at 70V rose gold. I'm wearing 6x12mm on the septum and 3x8mm on the nostril. My everyday setup is a stacked of two 3x10mm and one 2x10mm on my septum, but for special days I love how this big ring that I received today suits me 😌

in the middle of the night my ears hurt because the single flares are so damn big. Should I take them out? Lol I’m thinking yes
and I’m also curious — I stretched like a month ago to 18mm from 5/8” cause I didn’t want to do a 3mm stretch but if I jump the extra mm to 3/4” (19mm) before my ears are fully healed, is that a bad idea? What could 1mm really do 😆

so i recently sized up to 2g, after stubbornly ignoring advice to wait at least 6 months to size up each time. i had been sizing up each gauge (using half sizes) in less than a month and it seemed fine.

however, upon further inspection, it seems like my lobes are severely blown out and have been for a while. they also got infected right after the 2g switch.

i immediately took out my jewelry and cleaned out the holes, but i'm not sure what to do to fix this. is 2g a size that typically shrinks on its own or do i need surgery or what?? (i apologize for the lack of pictures, i can't seem to get it to show up on my camera)
