its still the beginning of my journey, but we met near the start of her own. we truly had no idea how much our relationship would evolve over time. I just felt safe around her, but I didn't even know why.

I might have looked like a man, but she has been taking care of me like her baby since the day I met her. She taught me how to love myself.

I am so grateful to have someone I get to share this experience with and my heart goes out to all the trans people out there doing it all alone.

Unlearning and learning to accept myself with love has been a liberating journey. For so long, I struggled to embrace who I am, but I finally feel like I’ve overcome what once held me back.

I feel free. I feel fierce. And I’ve never felt more like myself.

My friend is like my mother. She's mothering me or I can say helping to to glow day by day. Recently she gifted me the white shirt & the hairband. To surprise her I pair up those things & she said I look pretty.

last year I dressed up as someone my friend group (specifically my ex boyfriend) picked for me bc I didn’t know who I wanted to be… I didn’t get to meet up with friends and spent it with my mom giving candy to kids. I began my social transition in February this year and it made me realize… I can finally dress up as a guy?! I dunno, but my family never would’ve found it accepting so I never even considered it an option, but now, I have to say I’m so excited about being able to dress up as characters I’ve always liked/found attractive/saw myself in hahaha, anyways…

Its been a wild 15 months on HRT (almost 16). Alot has changed and ive had to lose alot to gain alot. But the pain has been worth it. Looking back at masculine photos like this remind me just how much I hated wearing a suit and manly clothes. But im proud of myself for how far ive come. It took 24 years of denial but im finally who i was meant to be 🧡🧡
