Is this an effective way to haunt a forest?
It seems mana efficient but I'm only an apprentice in this field. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It’s just simple mathematics, really
Edit: on behalf of all the necromancers here, I’ll say what we’re thinking. “We animate skeletons - human or not. The point is that there are more skeletons than you think and more than you can fight.”

And how was I supposed to know my “frog everything” spell would go past the experimental floor of the tower anyway? It’s specifically designed to contain rogue magic!
Should I even try and turn him back, or do you think that would be the end for me?

“Why did I accept this job?”
It is late at night, stars shine through the thick canopy of leaves above. Some days ago, rumors began circling, rumors of a great beast within the woods, and the awful stench it left behind. Calarakian wizards were quickly brought in, but none could figure out the cause, only that it ‘felt fae-like’. And so, Midway turned to their foremost experts on the Faewild, Alice.
“...how long has it been now? Half a day or so?”
And she had found nothing. Deciding to call it a night, Alice turns to find her way back, and it is at this moment she spots
something.
“...of, fucking, course… guess I won’t be getting any sleep tonight either.”
A trial of blood, a broken branch. Something passed through this place, something wounded, something big.
“And recently too, seeing as the blood is
quite fresh.”
Judging the direction of the creature’s stride is simple, the branch snapped off its tree towards the east, so it was hit by something traveling eastward.
“...judging by the height of the break, it is… at least 10 meters tall.”
A giant, willing to damage trees. Has blood, or at least something that looks like it. Smells bad.
“Still too many possibilities.”
Having not gathered near enough evidence, Alice decides to follow the trial. Yet as she does, an increasing stench begins to fill the area, turning from merely rotten to overpoweringly awful at a staggering rate. Alice decides to do something smarter than simply grinning and bearing with it, tying a handkerchief coated in a strong perfume around her face.
“Much better. Now then, what was producing that smell to begin with?”
Continuing onward, Alice finds herself in a wilted hollow within the woods. Plants and trees alike wilted into naught but a rotting mess.
“This… is bad.”
There are few among the Fae that would be willing to do such a thing, yet one sticks out.
“One of the most dangerous kinds.”
Plague and pestilence, hatred sealed beneath the waves. A flayed nightmare, a titanic monstrosity. What Alice is chasing, no, what Alice was chasing…
“It’s a Nuckelavee.”
Alice spots movement near the edge of the hollow, a single eye glaring at her from between the trees, nestled within the skull of a skinless horse. Atop its back sits a rider, but Alice knows that too is just a part of the beast, for it too is skinless.
“SHIT”
And she starts running. Some hours back she spotted a river, her only shot at survival. Yet the Nuckelavee likely also knows this, as it roars with rage seeing its new prey run towards safety. It gives chase, galloping hooves echoing throughout the woods.
And then a green blur passes Alice by, Sikeena had arrived.
A gut piercing stench of blood quickly follows, and Alice turns to see what this new danger might be. The blur passes by the Nucklavee’s left, a flurry of thrown iron daggers striking the beast, as a voice resounds.
“OI! COME AFTER ME!”
“...A woman’s voice? Is it… an enemy or an ally? Shit no time to think about it, if she wanted me dead she’d have slit my throat as she passed by me.”
“Careful! It may appear simply monstrous but that thing is—”
Alice is unable to even finish her words as the Nuckelavee turns to slash Sikeena with its elongated claws. In horror, she watches her savoir be torn to shreds… no, as the claws simply pass through her. Sikeena pulls out a spear, leaping up with great force and piercing the Nuckelavee’s ‘human’ head. It roars out in agony, or perhaps rage, before a twisted grin forms on its empty face.
It grips her with both its hands mid air, before slamming her down into the ground. Yet her half-draconic physique does not give that easily, Sikeena cushions the impact with her hands, using the momentum to backflip away, landing next to Alice. Spear still stuck in the monstrosity's upper face, Sikeena draws her twin daggers, gleaming with a thousand sorrows.
“You’re going to have to do more than that!”
“How did she… no, questions can wait.”
As Sikeena is about to dash forward again Alice calls out.
“Wait! A Nuckelavee is the incarnation of winter’s cruelty, it cannot be slain. We must simply run. It cannot cross freshwater streams.”
“With her speed, and strength, she can probably carry me, at least to the river… hopefully.”
Sikeena stared at Alice for a moment, then at the nuckelavee, before sweeping Alice off her feet and picking her up into a princess carry, running towards the river. Her face invisible under the fiend skull, yet the purple light of her serpentine eyes bleeding through.
“How far is the river?”
Alice falters, finally seeing the terrifying visage up close.
"...too far."
Sikeena considers biting Alice’s mouth off before simply dropping her down and turning back to the nuckelavee.
“Then why did you tell me to take you there then?!”
Tumbling down through the mud, Alice gets back on her feet as she sees the Nuckelavee’s rapid approach.
“Cowardice, but I see now we have no choice. I know of this… thing, allow me to assist you, however meager my might may be. We need first to be wary of its plague ridden breath, a clean hit with it, and you are dead.”
“Thank you for the information, if it cannot be killed, it should at least be capable of being crippled.”
The Nuckelavee almost within its striking range, Sikeena looks to its equine legs, and their weakest point. Dashing forward, knives barred, Sikeena slashes deep into its bone.
Crimson blood gushes forth, and the Nuckelavee roars with hate and agony as it crashes into the ground. Yet it gets up, pure malice blazing within its eye, fog wisping out the sides of its true maw, looking straight at Alice. Sikeena sees the beast breathe out a rancid, opaque cloud directly towards Alice, she appears to attempt a spell before impact, but it is clearly for naught. She is entirely enveloped, and when the cloud clears nothing remains but a withered staff, runes flickering off with its master gone.
Sikeena cursed under her breath as she saw Alice’s futile death, but knew her foe would spare her no moment. An unkillable beast cannot be allowed to recover, and so she immediately slid under the Nuckelavee, aiming to strike the hind leg opposite the last, to destroy any remaining balance it may still have.
Yet Nuckelavee are not so stupid as to fall for the same trick twice, and as Sikeena nears, the leg suddenly jerks. Joints little more than a suggestion, the very bone seems to twist as it jabs its hoof sideways into Sikeena’s stomach. A sickening squelch resounds as the hoof pierces through her, yet Sikeena refuses to yield that easily, pushing forward and with a crossed slash, she chops the leg clean off. The beast goes into a mindless frenzy of pain, wildly lashing out in every direction. Sikeena has no choice but to make distance, leaping away while going intangible, so as to evade any errant strike.
Landing some distance away, Sikeena leaps up towards the Nuckelavee’s back, yet she is interrupted by the rapid approach of a falling tree. Then another, then another. In its wild frenzy, the beast is cutting clear the surrounding forest, the falling trees blocking most angles of approach. Yet one opening appears, a perfect straight shot to the beast’s true neck.
Shooting forth like an arrow, Sikeena coats her dagger in a most potent toxin, and stabbing down with both arms at once she lands a clean hit on the side of the Nuckelavee’s head. Dagger pierced deep, toxin spreading, the Nuckelavee collapses, its strength giving out. Sikeena thinks for a moment, a fatal moment, that she has won. But you cannot slay the cruelty of winter. In a movement that begets its immense size, its horrid jaw snaps open, dozens of knife-like teeth gleaming in the moonlight. It bites down towards Sikeena, trying to devour her whole, when suddenly.
“Cleanse.”
The Nucklavee jolts back, its fangs snapping shut mere inches from Sikeena’s face, as it writhes in pain. For a moment, a ball of water surrounds the spear still lodged in its false head, its skinless flesh burning on contact. Then with a pop, it vanishes, yet the pain does not.
“I am such an idiot. Of course the water gathered from air would be counted as ‘fresh’.”
Rewinding some moments to when the Nuckelavee let loose its plague ridden breath. Alice had little time to react, even knowing what was coming. Yet she knew exactly what to do. Jabbing her staff into the mud, she channeled her feeble amount of mana into it, activating its shield of wind. Yet that on its own was not enough to cover her. The shield is weak, its breath was not. Breathing in even a tiny bit of this miasma would be disastrous, and so Alice is given no choice but to escape.
“Misty step”
Vanishing for a moment, then reappearing out of view, Alice activated her trusted cloak, fog billowed out, and she vanished into the darkness, thinking through what she could even do, waiting for her chance. It came after Sikeena’s blow, targeting the whole Nuckelavee with the cleaning spell would not work, it was simply too large, but something smaller, something lodged within…
Snapping back to the present, Sikeena rolls to her feet before leaping back to near where Alice now stands.
“So you are alive… Took you long enough to show yourself”
“I had to look for a good opening.”
Alice looks forth with supreme confidence. She knows now that should the beast act, she can instantly inflict upon it immense pain. And indeed it does act, fog begins to once more wisp out its equine maw…
“As if I would let you! Cleanse”
The Nuckelavee is once more interrupted, once more the pain of one's true weakness blazes through its waterlogged upper head. It realizes that this will keep happening, this pain will not cease… so long as it has that head. Bone crackles, flesh snaps, as the Nuckelavee grips the throat of its ‘rider’, and in a swift motion tears off its head, Sikeena’s spear along with it, and tosses it towards its adversaries. Sikeena is first to react, roughly shoving Alice out of the way of the incoming head. Yet it moves fast, she has no time to dodge or go intangible, all she can do is brace herself for impact. Bones crackle and pop as the clump of flesh crashes against her, and Sikeena is blown away, landing roughly some distance away, bone jutting out of her broken elbow. Alice meanwhile has no time to look back, as the Nuckelavee rushes towards her, a rain of blood coating the area in red.
“Think!”
The Nuckelavee readies its claws, its intent clear. Alice dared to drown it with freshwater, it is time she paid the price. Yet she is nothing if not resourceful.
“Cutting gale.”
A spell usually used by apprentices that feel flame to be boring, yet it represents Alice’s strongest attack spell, a razor sharp wind, that completely misses its mark, passing harmlessly by the beast’s leg.The Nuckelavee sneers, lunging forth, not noticing the damaged tree Alice was really aiming for, toppling towards it.
Once more bone crackles as the hundred year old pine crashes down upon it, breaking its stride, breaking its arm. Yet it does not cease, its other claw reaches forth, seizing Alice within. She feels the air leave her lungs, as its grip threatens to force her spirit to leave her flesh.
Meanwhile, Sikeena forces herself to stand. Vision fading as blood keeps pouring out of her stomach, she snaps her arm into something approaching the right place, before activating her ‘burst’. Energy rushes through her as her body glows with the green color of her heritage. She rips her spear out of the dismembered head, and rushes forth.
“Can you do that water trick again?!”
“One.”
Is all that Alice manages to wheeze out.
“Then make it count!”
Sikeena closes the distance in mere moments, jabbing forth with immense force despite her broken arm. The Nuckelavee’s attention shifts, its single eye staring directly towards Sikeena, wisps of fog billowing from its maw. It lifts its limp arm up, intending to block this final strike before it can reach it.
“cleanse.”
Yet with a voice barely a whisper, the spear is coated in water once more, and carried by her momentum Sikeena pierces directly through its defense, tearing a hole in the hand, tearing a hole in its skull. The Nuckelavee shrieks, its deathly throes echoing throughout the forest, before it goes entirely limp, crumpling into the mud, releasing Alice from its grasp. As she falls through the air, Sikeena dives to catch her, easing her fall as Alice finally gets to breathe once more.
“Thanks for the help, probably wouldn’t have been able to kill it on my own.”
Alice looks up at Sikeena, consciousness slowly recovering from the verge of passing out.
“...it is not quite dead yet, but it will not move for… at least a week.”
Alice sits herself up, head spinning. She coughs, blood splatters onto the handkerchief still tied around her face.
“That… is not good.”
Alice uncorks a healing potion, downing the foul tasting brew in a single strained gulp, before once more speaking.
“And to think, that was ‘weak’ by Nuckelavee standards.”
Sikeena inspects the corpse, seeing what would make for the best trophy. In the process she spots the barest hint of regeneration at the stump of where the head of its ‘rider’ once sat.
Alice notices the stream of blood still pouring out of the hole in Sikeena’s stomach. She pulls out a second healing potion, depleting her personal stock, and hands it out for Sikeena to grab.
“...worry for yourself first.”
Sikeena accepts the potion, a barely audible whisper of thanks following.
“So, what will we do about the fact it won’t say dead?”
“...all rivers eventually flow into the ocean, that is where it will go. Once dissolved it will take… possibly decades for it to fully reform, then it will return to shore, to wreak havoc once more. Its hate for the world will only grow stronger.”
“I see.”
Sikeena chops off the beast’s intact forearm.
“I think I will keep this”
“...a hunter needs her trophy, I suppose. Do make sure to dunk the stump into a river, it should stop the regeneration.”
The forest turns silent, and both Alice and Sikeena wonder:
“Whatever may her deal be?”
“Who is this oddly knowledgeable wimp?”

Just now, at the Council Citadel, an airship appeared out of the portal and struck the Citadel's central spire, which is currently collapsing. Sources state this is a passenger airship dubbed the “Nautilon”, but why it's doing this is unknown.
…This just in, the airship was piloted by old councillor Koranth, returning from the plane of endless parties seemingly to enact revenge upon the Council for her replacement. The spire has collapsed with significant casualties ensuing. Teams are currently on the scene to capture her and her crew.

The winds howled across the plains of the chaotic wasteland with a ferocity that would tear appart anyone unprotected by magic or the gifts of the dark gods, Chicken strode forward carrying his warhammer from the old days, his fur cape struggling furiously against the bitting winds, the snow compressing beneath his heavy black boots, behind him a small host of trusted warriors and aspiring champions followed.
With each step north, the cold seemed to grow frail, in the distance there could be seen a pack of warm red lights, deep down Chicken was unsure whether he was on the right track, closing the distance between the dark host and their target took longer than expected, the minutes turned to hours then at last the site was within 100 yards.
The encampment of the marauders and demons of the blood god was messy to say the least, displays of things too gruesome to describe were plenty, the presence of Chicken and his host alerted them, demons came forth rushing towards the host stopping only a few meters away, warriors of Khorne picked up their weapons ready for battle but from within the greatest tent of the emcampment came forth Ka'Bandha one of the blood god's greatest bloodthirsters.
Ka'Bandha raised his great axe and spoke in a voice that would shake untested men to their core
"Who among you had such a death wish to even consider coming knocking?"
Chicken raised his warhammer with his right hand in his left he began to conjure magical lightning
"I did, I shall fell you and come one step closer to ascend as the new Everchosen, surrender now or face me."
Ka'Bandha laughed not taking the threat seriously but the lack of fighting in the last hours had him craving it thus he sprung forward attempting a sideways slash at Chicken who dodged it
Chicken counter attacked with magical lightning to the greater demon's face, only making it angrier, causing the demon to swing it's axe wildly in rage, chicken avoided most of the swings but the last connected with his armor, although the wards protected him he was sent flying a dozen meters back, his men were stunned in silence until Ka'Bandha's minnions smelling blood in the figurative water began launching themselfs at them, a vicious scamble ensued between both sides.
As the bloodthirster approached, Chicken got onto his feet and used a quickspell to teleport right into the demon's back, for a split Chicken stabbed Ka'Bandha between the ribs with a cursed dagger causing the greater demon much pain, before the demon could get his hands on Chicken he used another teleport quickspell to appear two doen yards away.
The bloodthirster's pride was definitively hurt and it raised it's great axe once more swinging it down which Chicken dodged, Ka'Bandha continued swinging his weapon ferociously while Chicken kept his distance until he baited the demon into stricking a nearby pile of skulls causing hundreds of skulls to split into shards to Ka'Bandha's inconvenience.
Chicken used a spell to summon a smoke cloud, amidst the smoke a fireball stroke the demon's face, then another followed by a few more, before the demon could properly react to the change of tactics Chicken quickly closed the distance and jumped swinging his warhammer into the demon's face with a sickening crunch.
As the smoke cleared the bloodthirster was face first into the ground, before the demon could rise again Chicken conjured magical chains to bind it.
From within his pouch he revealed a hidden scroll containing a spell to trasform a demon into a weapon, upon consuming the scroll the demon roared in anger as it's form and turned with sickening cracking sounds as it twisted into that of a demonic sword.
Chicken picked up the demonic weapon, it's desperate words of rage and insults echoing through his head to no avail and raised it at the sky in triumph.
Among Chicken's followers many had perished during the melee, the few that remained looked onward in expectation at their lord as did all of the remaining minnions of Ka'Bandha both mortal and neverborn seeing their master defeated who one by one knelt before the Lord of Chaos.
/uw This is one of the trials and quest that my character will embark on before ascending as the Everchosen in a form of build up for the coming storm

Hello brothers, today I went to a party organizated by a biomancer spider, there were very interesting things at the party, like a evil talking horse, A #$%$#$% TALKING HORSE.
If you don't remember, I was in a journey to the citrus citadel because I wanted to turn some lemons back to humans, but in the way I lost the lemons and the guys who were with me, however, that doesn't matter, there was an atraction that was the same conscious lemons that I lost, so I did the most responsible action I could take: steal the lemons.
I hide in the building next door, there was cult to u/Imurderbeets that gave me a seashell (They say that it had an answer for everything), so I asked: How can I found my friends? The object told me to give a cold lemonade to a demon that will help me find them.
How can I find a demon?
(Unwiz: this is a continuation of Trying to turn lemons back to humans 6, and I changed the name because I think the new is better)
