A self-driving Tesla crashed into a California highway patrol vehicle, seriously injuring two officers inside. According to the officers, the driver said he was asleep at the time and using the car’s driver-assistance technology.

Crash I witnessed about a year ago.
This was recorded via a work van dash cam so I had to record it on my phone unfortunately.
But pretty gnarly truck vs car crash, both occupants walked away alive but did sustain injuries.

we can conclude basically that the vast majority of drivers in the world are so fucking dumb.
that is all I wanted to get out here: it is a universal at this point.
we can point at really fucked roads, potholes, one way streets yada yada, people absolutely blasting point the past of the idiot factor (e.g. ppl loading 7000 lbs on a 4000 lb limit elevator in the context of weight load)
stupidity is at the core of humanity- always has been, always will be.
we just gotta find out what level of idiocy they are operating at and generally with all things considered you should make it out unscathed. *fingers crossed\*
stay safe out there

[Redtiger F7N] Both are wrong but the pickup just had to be right
Ohio drivers either suck at driving or do this stuff on purpose.
The end of the video shows the pickup brake checking the blue car.

I swear they’re handing out CDLs like candy
We were already doing over and this genius decides to fly around us on a double yellow.
Hard to tell if he was loaded, but he maintained a distance behind us for about a minute then flew around
I don’t have the plate number, but I have a picture of the dot number, company, and fleet number

Can we just pay attention
Was coming to a stop behind traffic that was stopped at the red light up ahead and noticed this car flying up behind me. At the exact moment before they moved over into the other lane, I laid on the horn in hopes to get their attention.
Thankfully, there was less traffic stopped at the light in the right lane so that person had room to swerve. Otherwise, this would’ve been pretty bad as I would’ve been sandwiched in (thank you god🙏!!)
Anyways, this happens pretty frequently (where I’ll be stopped or coming to a stop and the person behind me isn’t paying attention) and it’s extremely nerve racking. I also know people who have similar encounters just as frequently too. Just pay attention people :/
