I’ve had my fair share of waterslide decal peel before I started using micro set solution but somehow the 1 of my Dom’s serial marking got misaligned? There was no way I would've thought that placement was good enough, but I equally find it weird that it could move after it was supposedly dry.

Is there anyway to adjust a dried waterslide decal, or should I just remove it and use a new one?

Overall another fun build though the gold pieces were nerve wracking and I broke one of his antennas. Love the yellow sabers and the overall look though.

Shame my core fighter part came with two of the left hand side truss section and none for the right.

Ive become an addict. GUNPLA FOR LIFE!

Took a year+ hiatus from the hobby and recently dug into my backlog with this kit. Decided to go light heavy with this build at the start and bypass the built-in battery box (using plug in 3v wired to the kit). I certainly struggled with aspects of this older kit such as needing to sand the metal hip joints just to be able to install the legs and needing to glue parts of the head, including V fin, just to make it fit together and stay together. The numerous screws and metal inner frame parts (sans hip joints) didn't cause me any grief but the various wing springs were a pain at times to install. The main wings ended up being giant hand grenades (or bombs?) as they only have 1 single connection point, can be hard to fully seat, and the inner wing "spine" can cam against the shoulders making them want to pop off if rotated against each other.

Overall, it was an OK build and I'm glad it out of my backlog and into my large scale kit display case.

Absolute joy to build. Sizing feels very similar to your typical MG. I’m still trash at posing, but here we are 🫪

Next is to mask the metallics and apply some varnish, and finally put the plastic stickers and it will be ready.

hi i did my first gunpla today and it took me 6hours but i can't wait to do more but i'm only really drawn to SNAA right now like the fire lord etc but they are all sold out, do y'all know if the aliexpress ones are good quality wise ?

This build was a joy, another incredible kit from In Era. The build from start to finish was one of the best ive done, its also very unique.

Both forms are stunning. Both forms... so how is the transformation?

Its a model kit transformation. Its not terrible like something like the rg Zeta buuuuut its not good either, it was a huge pain to do and I dont plan to transform it back any time soon.

Thankfully I wanted to display it in plane mode anyway

And tips on techniques and things to improve on are much appreciated, absolutely loving this hobby

I'm beginning to prefer Chinese Kits lol
