AOC would clearly want to 'run up the numbers' in a New York State primary and just generally boost her popularity in New York State. I hope she either runs for POTUS 2028 or tries to become US Speaker in 2027 or at least the Chairperson of either US House Appropriations, US House Ways and Means, or US House Energy and Commerce.

AOC could have been the New York Governor in 2027, which is far more powerful and influential than being a US Senator who's not the Majority Leader or the Chairperson of US Senate Judiciary or maybe US Senate Foreign Relations.

The US Senate Judiciary Committee is the only US Senate Committee possibly more powerful and influential than US House Energy and Commerce. For anyone who actually knows or understands how the US Congress actually works, AOC's becoming a US Senator would be a demotion.

AOC has the popular policy and advocacy positions on Medicare For All, A Green New Deal, higher minimum wage, voting rights, voter suppression, union rights, Abolish I(E, anti-AI data centers, anti-prediction markets 'gambling', anti-Flock and such, etc.
