Guide Necromunda 2026 Quick Reference sheets

Post image
317 Upvotes

Hi everyone. My only gripe with the new edition was the lack of quick reference sheets - So I have made my own!

I am sure there are typos and issues so if I get feedback I will try and update it with more polished future versions. These are just meant as game aids that stop you needing to flick through the rulebook mid-game, but are not 100% comprehensive so you'll still need the book to be able to play properly.

Before we dive into N26, we're planning to kick off an Underhells campaign which im hyped for. Has anyone had a chance to run one before? I'm curious to hear how it balanced out over the campaign between the archeotech hunters and the malstrain. Pic of my malstrain genestealer attached.

Question (N17) Custom vehicle rules for the Centaur RSV?

Thumbnail

So... I had the crew from Commisar Graves spare doing nothing, then I had an idea to make them into some special super fancy looking venators! AND I LOVE THEM! but, I want to get some more, and I've worked out a whole plan to buy Commisar graves again, use her crew to add more to my gang, and I'm even thinking I could repurpose her centaur into a vehicle for ash waste battles! But... I'm not sure what custom vehicle rules to use for it? I've never played an ash waste battle before so I'm not sure what to do for it, or how it works. At the moment, my group are playing an Underhive campaign. But we've all said it'd be fun to atleast try ash wastes.

If anyone has suggestions on how this works, or what to do to make this vehicle work in the ash wastes, I'd love to hear your suggestions!

Miniatures Insane conversion idea for Spyrer suits?

Ok so. I have a spare Saturnine Terminator, and I think without the shoulder pads and with a different head he’d make for a really badass looking Orrus Spyrer. Especially because I don’t like the weird sort of curvy organic Spyrer suits in the box.

Am I totally insane? How does he stack up size wise compared to the large lad that is the Orrus suit? What base sizes do the Spyrers use?

Working on my first gang, Van Saar. This was a trial run with black base, silver drybrush, then contrast over the silver.

Question (N26) I'm new - can someone check my logic/workings for a cawdor crew plan?

I'm new to necromunda and just want to check my intuition/plan/logic for a pious cawdor gang. I know I haven't locked down equipment yet, but I think if I've got a direction/skeleton making those decisions will be easier.

10 models

Leader - ??? 2 champs - a melee firebrand (cleaver?) with rain of blows and a a deacon with hip shooting and a good gun (firepike?) 1 redemptionist brethren, 3 cawdor brethren with a mix of melee and ranged weapons (maybe combi flamer, blunder pole, flails and axes or something - I know blunder pole is probably overcosted, but it just seems so thematic and iconic I think I can't say no) 3 bonepickers, one with a flamer, the rest just kitted out with the creds I have left over.

I have NO idea how to gear up my leader (word keeper obviously), or really if this rough plan is along the right lines. I'm not really gunning for a min-maxed meta build, I want a fun narrative experience and distinct characters amongst my gang, but at the same time I'm not looking to make life hard for myself!

Terrain My first finished Zone Mortalis floor tile

This is my first-ever painting project — after lots of testing and one oil-wash disaster. 😉 I was aiming for cold industrial flooring with worn metal, uneven grime, rust, chemical spills and a little blood.
The only thing I’m not fully happy with is that some panels still look a little too clean and sterile. On the next tiles I’ll try to introduce more variation.
I’m ready to batch-paint the next three tiles. C&C welcome — what do you think?

Question (N26) Couple of newby questions

I have the N26 box set, plus the Underhive Crew boxes for Cawdor and Delaque. We have never played any version before this one. Have a couple of questions:

  1. I've seen the gang cards for sale at my local game store, I know these are for the older version but should I get those cards now or wait for new ones?

  2. One of my players wants to play an Ash Wastes Nomad gang, will that be ok in an Underhive campaign or are they solely for the Wastelands stuff?

  3. I know I said a couple questions but I just thought of another; are there any books from the old edition I should pick up or should I just wait for new edition replacements?

Thanks in advance!

Been pulled into Necromunda by a friend. Loved the lore and models for years, so it didn't take much.

Here's my first couple of gangers. Got the underhive and core boxes, so a few more to go.

Better pictures will be added when I've got a full gang

Terrain I want to paint my tiles as like a snowy/frosted theme, but not sure the best way to do it...

Thumbnail

Here is the base of my tile, still lots to add. I want to create this thematically as like a frozen sub section, maybe like part of a super cooled reactor or something like that. I'm not sure the best way to approach painting it as such...

I want the base color to be grey, but from here I was thinking adding it blue grey's and progressively add lighter blue-grey's and ice blue for highlights before adding in snow effects and ice effects. But with grime and rust effects, im not sure what the best order to add those in or the best way so it still appears as a frozen area.

Any advice or experience from anyone who has done something similar?

I've attached some reference images from Frostpunk and Dead Space 3 and color pallet inspirations.

My first Necromunda gang! Starting a campaign this weekend (N26). I went with what I thought looked cool and somewhat usable. Guess we’ll see how that pans out, lol.
