Date or No Date?
So, I recently got a Bluesy but I’m thinking of picking one of these up soon. I’m not sure which I want yet. Which would you choose?

I absolutely love it. So happy . I’m on the list for a batgirl next. Always loved Omega and was put off by the AD experience but now I’ve got one I can see why there’s such a love for these.

Said screw it. My buddy is a jeweler and knows I’ve been waiting 2/3 years on a call that would never happen. A 2022 came in to his booth and he sold it to me at cost. Full set 2023 for 16.2 USD and I’ll take him to a nice steakhouse 🙌🙏

Finally treating myself to this Rolex after beating cancer!

A new store that will have nothing to sell!
Noticed that waiting (eg at a lobby, traffic light or traffic jam) became fun since I’ve got my 100 year OP. Surely can’t be the only one that appreciates a timepiece while waiting - anyone else enjoying theirs?
PS. The picture was taken when parked and not while driving

Help me choose. I dress casual most of the time, office work, 45 y.o.
I am torn between these 3 pieces, all available at my local AD in Europe.
Thank you in advance!
Picked this up in the gray market. Love it but my God, its heavy af.

Big career milestone. Buying first Rolex. Have two other watches both 40mm, but were gifts.
My wrist size is 6.5 inches
Unfortunately the AD only had the black/oyster explorer in 40mm, but got to try the two tone gold/silver explorer in 36mm for size comparison.
I personally liked the 40mm slightly more (maybe because I’m used to size), but on reading this sub overwhelming support is for 36mm. So wanted some advice here before buying. Will get black/oyster, so classic.
Question:
1) 40mm vs 36mm sizing?
2) Explorer vs Datejust vs Oyster Perpetual as first Rolex and something I can wear everyday for next 30 years as my daily? (I’m 35M, corporate, business casual, linens, and casual t/shirts+linen shorts in summer). I love the uniqueness of the Explorer, but feel it’s maybe too understated/plain?

This is my first Rolex and I absolutely love it!
Took about 3 months to get it at the AD (very fortunate + best sales associate).
If you know where this was taken then you now know where the best Rolex AD in the US is lol.

After putting my name down at the local AD in Feb 2025 for a DJ36 two tone white dial, I surprisingly received a call in Oct 2025 advising me they had it in store for me. That weekend picking up the DJ36 for my wife, I put my name down for a DD white gold white dial for me.
Low and behold after one year, last weekend I received a call notifying me that it was ready for me in store if I was still interested. Needless to say, I picked her up this week! What a beauty she is!
I put my name down for a no date sub to replace my Speedy as a daily. Let's see how long that one takes...

I picked up the beige-dial OP a few days ago, knowing I’d have to let one of these go. The Explorer drew the short straw and is already listed on eBay, but seeing them side by side has me seriously second-guessing that decision.
The OP feels warmer, less common, and a little dressier. The Explorer is the classic grab-and-go, do-everything Rolex and probably the safer choice long term.
I genuinely can’t justify keeping both, so no “keep both” loophole: which one would you keep, and which one would you let go? Am I just in the honeymoon phase with the OP?

I turned 50 year last and went out to find a watch to commemorate. I wanted something from late 1975. While the double red sea dweller and red submariner, were in running, I ultimately decided upon a white gold Day-Date with linen dial. I was able to locate a one in great shape but it didn't have original white gold president bracelet. Loving the dial, I bought it and since then have been on hunt for bracelet. Almost a year later, having hunted in NYC, Paris, and online, I finally secured an A code (1976) bracelet which matches perfectly with the serial number for watch. It's been a fun year searching for this. Now onto the next quest.

Guys I have an offer for a my sub date at 13k and trade it for an unworn Yacht Master Titanium for 23.5. If they can come down $500 on it or up 500 on the sub, is that a good deal? Need expert opinion. Sub date is worth 15k but Yacht is usually 26k.
