Promised me the Shining Zone. Got zombified worst than a Monolithian instead. That's what happens when you trust lunatics.

I knew there was something fishy going on, I could feel it! But when the first part of the ending started rolling for a moment I thought: "Oh, so there was a Shining Zone after all! The madman was right!" and then BAM! reality was revelead. Zonedammit.

Finished my first run. Stalker Difficulty, 180+ hours. Spark Ending. I sided with Zulu in the DLC.

I'm gonna start a new run at Veteran and gonna side with the Ward and Mavka this time.

So im a very big stalker fan since forever, but i havent played it much i was mostly going around gathering all the lore i can find (im not that big into singleplayer except for very small group of games) and the thing is that im an absolute sucker for monolith.

Monolith is by far my most favourite faction in every way possible and my favourite gun by a mile is VSS (will be mentioned lather)

So i got stalker 2 colector box even though i cant run it i wanted to support the devs.

For the first time ever i downloaded a STALKER GAMMA my best friend is huge stalker fan too and he has UNTOLD amount of hours in gamma, so he was pusshing me to do loners and merc but i picked monolith and he was going crazy about it how im not playing game right that im larping gameplay that im destroying the expirience...

Meanwhile was having a blast going around the zone with my vss and increased few sliders so i can scavenge and sell shit better since i love to sandbox open world games and just enjoy the ✨️expirience✨️ and vibes insead of following the progression or strictly focussing on missions and tasks.

BUT he was loosing his shit about me starting with the vss and up north and my ways of playing the game he gets comically angry about it.

So i want to hear your opinions on it is it actualy that bad and some advices from fellow monolith members would be great!

We've been playing stalker anomaly for a couple of days now and it's great so far, takes a minute to setup and to get everyone onboard, but when it starts rolling it's just so fun.

Start can be a pain with how squishy you are, so I played alone for a bit and after I got some half decent gear I got my buddies to join

Today I started my second run and in the prologue-tutorial section, when you go around with the Scanner, I've noticed that in the sky there are aurora effects but I'm pretty sure I've never seen them in the Zone. Am I blind or they are actually present only in the prologue?

Ok all the tier lists and ratings put all in one armours (with a built in mask) above body armours that allow a separate mask. For example, Bulat has higher stats than Hawk or Guardian of Freedom armours. And on the surface, it seems reasonable to rate Bulat higher, because the stats are higher.

But that doesn't seem to account for the fact that with the chest piece you can also add a separate mask, and if you also have a separate mask, the mask and body armour stats added together lead to higher stats overall compared to the supposedly superior stats of the all in one armours.

I know this isn't the ideal example because the Bulat can have more artifacts due to being higher level than the other two examples but I don't know the equivalent lower level version. Other than that, and not having to maintain two separate pieces, what are the advantages? What am I missing?

Just adding the spf thing and didnt load and close the game before doing it, ik it can be a problem with other games

I want to install SSS alongside with Atmospherics mod using MO2 but i'm having an issue on part 5 of install instruction%20and%20delete%20the%20bin%20folder%20included%20with%20the%20ZIP%20before%20the%20installation) where i need to install executables.

I tried to do it through MO2 but it just gives an error on launch. I'm completely lost on fifth part of the install instruction.

Could someone please explain to me how do i exactly install the executables in detail?

Hello all, I've been working on this project for awhile and kinda reached a point I'm a little sick of it.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. TTRPG!

It's a sort of TTRPG table for STALKER on Tabletop Simulator.

Found a board I liked, and just started adding and removing, and changing things. There were plenty of Russian boards to get inspiration from, so I utilized some of their things and sorta mish mashed a lot together. There are a lot of unfinished ideas and even some unfinished translations I might get back to one day. But I figured it was okay enough to release to the wild and at least get some feedback on. So if anyone has a group to play it and destroy it, please let me know!

I am headed toward Rostok currently, on the map is a mission labeled Moth. When I get there, he's laying the ground bleeding out and warns me about a bloodsucker and then instantly dies as soon as it spawns. Is this intended or is the game just bugging out?

Title. Doing the mission where you have to disable the psi-beacons in the swamps. There's a controller guarding one of them and he won't fucking die. I've shot him with and entire mag of an svd and an entire 130 rounds from an as lavina on my latest attempt, an good portion of those being headshots and he still won't die

There are few issues here and there like frame drops or flickering shadows but it's very pleasant experience so far.

Finally got away from the damn clusterfuck

Thank you so much for your help. It didn’t occur to me at first that the issue might be related to the selected "material quality" setting. Once I set "material quality" to "extra," the forest took on the proper look. It’s completely changed the game! I had assumed that the vegetation in the zone had simply become more dense following the 2.0 update, but it turns out you can actually tweak the game to match the look from the initial trailers.
