I can’t think of the movie and it’s really annoying me! This is so vague but hopefully someone on here can help.

There’s a scene/ moment in a movie that’s like “and so a, b, and c happened and that was the end. Or was it?” Maybe not those exact words but as an example it would be like

“So character A turned left on the street and never met character B and they lived out their lives, got old and died. Or did they?” And then it shows what actually happens.

Basically I’m looking for a film that has the scene that leads you to believe the story played out a certain way and then says it lied and shows you the actual story.

Hello! I was in a bar this weekend that was playing this weird movie. Fantastic cinematography, but every time we looked up a different weird thing was happening. There was a man in a wheelchair with spirals on the wheel building some flying contraption. Lots of shots of eating around a table in a closed off cabin or underground. There was a woman wearing insane "what ever happened to baby Jane" makeup who makes out with one of the guys that is in the cabin. There's also lots of shots of crosses in the desert. And once we looked up and there was a woman in a kimono playing a shamisen or something like that. It looked almost like a terry Gilliam or tarsem Singh movie. Any help would be appreciated! So it’s about this greenish looking place that’s a summer camp and follows a group of kids and the people there. I think the protagonist was supposed to go to a different camp but was sent here because of his enemy which is another kid. The other camp is pretty perfect but the one we follow is very backwater. Any help?

Looking for a movie from roughly 1997 to 2005, set in the US, possibly LA. Main character is a lanky white guy with glasses and kind of awkward hair...Napoleon Dynamite-ish vibe, though I'm not sure it's actually him. He's a teenager or early twenties, has some kind of dead-end job or rough situation. There's a time travel element, and at some point he sees himself from a distance...like spotting his past or future self across a street or in a crowd. Quirky, low-budget feel. Not Primer, not 12:01, not Safety Not Guaranteed, not Hot Tub Time Machine, not Timecrimes. Any ideas?

I’m trying to remember a show or movie I watched on Netflix, probably set in the 1800s or early 1900s. It was about a poor white man who lived in a small house with his wife and young son. Another man came to stay at their house, started sleeping with the wife, and basically took over the household, making the husband bring him coffee and treating him like a servant. The husband was abusive toward his wife and eventually wanted her dead. There was a scene near a field where the wife was murdered while the son watched, and the show showed two different versions of the killing from each man’s perspective, leaving it unclear who really did it. The husband eventually went to prison for the murder, but he claimed he stayed quiet because the other man threatened to kill his son if he told the truth. I can’t remember any character names or actors. Does anyone know what show or movie this is?

It was 2D with digital colors, and I think it was UK-based. I remember watching this on public access television, that or Youtube or something. All I remember besides that is the title, the protagonist walking across a bridge over a waterfall moat, with luscious greenery, and he walked into this dark grey tower to a bedroom with pink sheets and drapes.

Here’s what I have, it’s not my first mister, the tone is a light drama maybe some comedic moments. it’s set in America, i saw the movie in the UK, and it may have been on the Disney channel or might just have been on a movie channel.

I remember two scenes, the first scene being in a shopping mall, the girl who would be at least seventeen at a guess, walks by her old teacher, who i suspect taught English. The two don’t get along well, perhaps he sees her as someone who didn’t try hard enough?

The second scene I remember is he ends up in a nursing home after falling ill, she visits him frequently, and she grows to love literature because of him. I suspect it could be poetry, and I recall she cries in one of the scenes they have in the home, which was out of character for her.

There’s no romantic feelings between the two whatsoever, i believe he passes away by the end, and that’s all i have. I’ve been trying to find this movie for the last two years, if you could please avoid suggesting any movie without a female protagonist and their male teacher that would be appreciated, in the past I got a bunch of suggestions which didn’t fit that description.

I am looking for a song I heard probably around 5 years ago. It was in the radio, probably on FM4 or maybe Ö3? The singer is a woman with a soft, calm voice, it is also a rather calm song. I guess in the music video the singer is wearing a white dress and walking through the wood, i remember it beeing a bit blurry? And back then I wanted to learn the song, it was not so difficult on Ukulele, i guess there was even a tutorial on Youtube. The lyrics of the chorus were something like ocean or river so deep or so I think. Maybe someone has an idea, what song that could be?

Looking for an indie folk / alt-country song with a male singer who has a raw, aching, weepy voice. It sounds a bit like Mumford & Sons, maybe with a slight rock or spiritual feel, but it isn't them. The part I'm sure of is a drawn-out "any…more, any mooore". Just before it there's a line something like "I lay my ___ down" or "can't lay these ___ down", where the missing word is two syllables. I've tried Shazam and Google humming with no luck. Similar artists I listen to: The Tallest Man On Earth, Keaton Henson, Langhorne Slim, The Avett Brothers.

I have a very faint memory of going to a friends house 4 years back and their brother was watching this weird cartoon I've never seen before on tv. The only thing i can recall from it was the title "BrainBox" and the intro which was a tv screen sitting on a pedestal in the middle of a blue cloudy sky with nothing else around it. After about 2 seconds, the tv screen turns on to reveal a realistic convulsing brain. After that part, i looked away, following my friend with what ever we were doing that day. In the moment, i didn't really think about it as interesting, but now it came back to me. I saw this around 2021 to 2022 and i believe he was watching it on youtube. Please help me!

I'm trying to find a TV series episode with that plot device. It's likely a police or lawyer TV series. Probably 2003-2010 era.

The characters receive a photocopy of the single-page police report. They notice the photocopy shows that there was a staple on the top, but they never received a copy of the other pages.

They think that will save their case, they ask for more information from the police. The police officers say thats normal, that some information is deemed irrelevant and removed from the report. They probably use some slang or lingo, like "binning" or "culling" the information.

And in the end the second page didn't have useful information, I think.

I didn't watch a lot of Cold Case or Law and Order, but those were often on TV. I watched Monk, The Mentalist, a bit of The Good Wife, so it could be from those, but I'm not sure.

I’m trying to find a 2000s/2010s teen girl-pop/dance pop song that had a simple, repetitive dance with hand motions. One part involved making an "L" shape with one hand, then the other, while extending each arm away from your body, almost like you were trying to remember left from right. Another part involved moving one arm in a circular motion, like strumming a guitar while the other held said guitar.

There were a few other simple motions, but it was a simple loop that repeated. The song had a pretty well known dance, could’ve been an older TikTok dance or simple line dance/Just Dance. Does anyone know what song this might be?

When I was around 12 or so (2015) my mom found me a doll at our local thrift store she was gorgeous I tried looking her up using key words but wasn’t able to find anything all I can remember is she had blue eyeshadow, platinum blonde hair, possibly red bead earrings and she was in a square box she had a very 80s vibe to her and I have vague memories of her being maybe a student and mentioning it on her box on the back and I have memories of her having various accessories in her box as I was a kid I immediately opened her and lost her as a now doll collector I would love to find her again she was one of the reasons I got into collecting because the level of detail she had was incredible. I think she might have been a Barbie but I’m not sure she definitely had that very classic 80s blue eyeshadow Barbie look.

Help me find a 3D animated series with no dialogue

I'm trying to find a cartoon series with multiple episodes, all animated in 3D, with no dialogue.

The cartoon mostly features animals, but there are also human legs shown sometimes.

I remember one episode very clearly. Because of fertilizer used on the carrots, a white rabbit that ate one of them eventually grew enormous, developed red eyes, and started destroying everything. The squirrels fought against it, along with what I think was a dog.

The second episode I remember was about a fish that the same squirrels seemed to be trying to eat. However, the fish was guarded by a black dog wearing a spiked collar. The dog looked a lot like the dog from Tom and Jerry, but smaller. The squirrels tried various ways to steal the fish. They even built some kind of contraption to get it without being caught by the dog.

The third episode I remember took place inside a car or possibly a motorhome. I think there were squirrels in it again, and they were being thrown around the vehicle whenever it made sharp turns. At one point, the camera zoomed out from the vehicle, revealing that there were many other similar vehicles all travelling in the same direction.

I also remember the beginning of the first episode: a squirrel was running along some power lines toward a person's house, where there was a black dog.

If it helps, the episode with the killer rabbit took place in the backyard of a person's house. The house also had glass doors.

That's all I can remember.
I've also come across posts from at least two other people describing something very similar to what I'm looking for. Unfortunately, neither of them seems to have gotten an answer, even after several years. That's one of the reasons I'm making this post myself, hoping that someone might finally recognize the cartoon.

All I remember is a scene with a little girl outside a gas station or garage. I’m not sure which. She had recently turned into a zombie and kills her dad or grandfather, though I think it was her dad, in a car or truck parked outside. I think I remember some scene later where someone walks up on the truck and finds her munching on his intestines (digging in his stomach area), though again not real sure (I was a kid when I saw this, so take that with a grain of salt with all of this).

The movie would have been from the late 70s, 80s, or very early 90s. I remember the area looking dusty, possibly on the outskirts of a small town. That’s about all I can recall, but the scene has stuck with me. Any help identifying the movie would be appreciated!

I am looking for a late 90s / early 2000s obscure electronic/house club track. It was a one-hit wonder that played on late-night MTV or Viva TV blocks.

The music is smooth and hypnotic with a driving club bassline. There is a melodic male vocal sung softly, buried deep in the background loop. The lyrics sound like: "...you know where you're going, I can reach you by the hand...".

The music video is very atmospheric and focuses heavily on fashion details and a dark subway/metro system: 1. It starts with a tired girl (looks like she's returning from a rave/party) inside a raw industrial elevator with two chill guys wearing huge oversized baggy street clothes and bandanas/headscarves (90s Tupac / Armand Van Helden aesthetic). 2. They step out onto a concrete subway station and separate ways. The girl gets on a train alone. 3. She wears a dress/skirt, stockings, and very distinct shiny/patent leather stiletto ankle boots in a heather/purple/violet color with an extreme pointed toe and thin high heels. 4. While riding the metro, an empty can rolls down the floor of the pating train. Camera close-up shows her confidently stepping on the rolling can with her metallic/shiny stiletto heel to stop it. 5. She falls asleep, and at the final station, she wakes up as an old woman (time-lapse/aging effect as a metaphor for time passing).

Hi. I'm looking for an interactive fictional game that is text-based and followed the story of a lantern (or some kind of light) that guarded a town. There's a branching narrative where there are two main paths you could go down. The main decision was something about a truth or a lie. There were a few visuals but mainly text. It was in black and white. There were monsters mentioned in the story. One point of the story was a choice to destroy a house in a town.

Character A has a handgun pointed at Character B, and B tells him he shouldn't shoot, then A says give me a reason why?! And B responds "I'll give you three reasons. First, don't mistake my placid demeanor for an inability to fight back, second, it would upset other people, and third, and though you may not believe it now, this is the most important reason: killing takes a cost upon your soul, a debt that will eventually have to be repaid"....B is super calm, he may be an android or alien or something??

The thing I remember most is how calm B was, and how emphatic he was about the third reason being the most important. He also very distinctly said "You may not believe reason 3 is the most important right now..."

Year 2000, I believe on Sunday evenings on MTV or VH1, there was a college dorm soap opera that might have been Canadian produced. Brandon J McLaren was part of the cast as a college soccer player. Not "The Best Years" and not Degrassi or Egdemont. Brandon's IMDB doesn't list anything before 2002.

Seeking leads on a lost, jazzy 1970s Sesame Street animation of 10 reddish-orange cats swaying in unison on a dark fence. The segment counts up 1–10, then down to 0. It features a funky Afro-Cuban style beat on tom drums, ending in a solo. I watched the CBC French-dubbed version in Canada in the late 80s/early 90s featuring female voices. I am speculating on the exact lyrics, but it was along the lines of "Neuf chats sur une barrière, un est tombé..." Any animator leads or titles?

my dad was a film grad student in the 90s, though idk if that's important to this. i remember when i was about 10-12 yrs old in 2013 in the Southern US, although my dad's from up north and did grad school in Texas, he showed me and my younger siblings a film that i think is in french which starts out, from what i remember, with a man on a bike riding over hills. the sky is bright bright blue, and i'm pretty sure the man's shirt or his bike is red. it goes like that for a few minutes without dialogue, maybe with him delivering papers, and then he stops at one of the houses and talks to a woman, and at that point my dad realized it was in french but had english subtitles and so we weren't allowed to watch it. he put it on a few years later from my memory and same thing, so i feel like it must've been inappropriate dialogue or something, either then or later on? it was pretty vividly animated, with either minimal or no black outlines to the characters and a "primary colors" kinda color pallete. for context for my dad, he showed us Ants - the radioactive one - when i was like 7 so i would assume the film discussed something sexual or possibly my mom was watching with us so she would've wanted to turn it off.
