Bear with me, in the mid 10's there was a techno song that sampled River Flows in you, and it was BEAUTIFUL, it most notably, was used in a grainy video of Spirit the Horse. People were making Minecraft music box covers, it was on Smule, the whole nine yards, and its seemingly just gone and I would love to listen to it again.

I remember watching a youtube short a few months ago of someone mocking many game companies where it started with the youtuber holding up a toy shotgun pointed at themselves, the logo of a company pasted over their face, and saying "Hey [competitor], take this" and then playing a shooting sound effect.

The entirety of the video is several companies responding in outrage and acting as if they are going to shoot the other one, but just shooting themselves each time, with a flash of a headline for what they did that was stupid briefly appearing before the youtube mimes dropping dead.

The companies involved, that I can remember, were Nintendo, Sony, Xbox, and Epic. At the end, Valve walks in and is the only one with positive news and doesn't shoot themselves.

I thought it was Senpai Gabe who had done the video, but I went through the shorts listed on his channel and didn't see it. I believe the news for Sony was about dropping digital games, which I believe was announced back in July, so it shouldn't be older than July 2026.

This one’s really bugging me. It’s a modern (past 10-15 years) pop rock song where a guy is singing really quickly in the lead up to the crescendo, where he just sings “aaattt aaaaaallllllllll”. His band mates are harmonizing with him as he sings this.

It’s either like ‘anything at aaaaaaaaaaaallllllll” or ‘don’t feel me at aaaaaaaaaaaaaallllllllllll’

I read a webcomic when I first started college that was an autobio comic of a sexworker. Art was mainly black and white, but might have had pops of red for MC hair/emphasis? Sort of a big head/bratz look to the character(s).

I don't remember most of the details, I only caught the latter part of this anime but it stuck with me. Pretty sure it was a film, and only vaguely remember a few scenes. I remember there's some bad guys, who are trying to resurrect some kind of demon, for some reason I remember it being referred to as a dragon? And there's this young girl they kinda need to become the dragon's heart. The main characters rescue her, and bring her home where she'll be "safe" and put her to sleep to recover, but while she's sleeping and everyone else has left, we see her slowly sink into the futon, until she vanishes.

Then I remember some later scene, where the main characters are on their way to rescue her, driving some kinda vehicle/machine through a dark tunnel (?) and now and then the scene cuts to the girl, who is shown melting into the beast. It starts with her limbs, but eventually her whole body is melting into it, and her whole body starts beating like a heart, as you see her facial features start to melt.

That's about all I remember. I caught it on TV I'd say late in the 90s, and the animation style and quality felt like late 80s/early 90s.

Looking for a recent animated music video (manga/anime style, English-language song, seen on a music TV channel in France). Romantic tone. At the end, a dark-haired woman leads a man by the hand into flames in the sky.

It starts off with a girl laying in bed. Her friend knocks on the door, does something silly (sprays a water gun, blows some bubbles, rides an elephant). The girl gets a little annoyed each time. Each time her friend comes, she marks off a day on a calendar. And then her friend stops showing up. A few days get marked off the calendar but still no visit. So after a few days, she texts her friend. Her friend is in the hospital. So she goes to visit. Her friend's heartbeat is 67 and she points to it does the 67 meme. They laugh. Eventually her friend dies and she visits her grave. And sprays it with a water gun and bubbles.

I'm pretty sure it was on Reddit because I remember someone in the comments did the "address me" meme with a screenshot of the elephant.

I barely remember this song since It was a clip going around somewhere between 3 months to a year ago. I saw it commonly used in edits between two characters. It was a male and female duet song. I cant remember any specific lyrics but the woman was singing about sexual acts and I vaguely remember the male lyrics being "only if you want to". I remember that because someone commented "I like how he is making sure of her consent". It was conversational back and forth type of lyrics aswell. It sounded like a newer song, not anything old. From the clip I heard it was similar to Lazy Confessions by The Moldy Peaches. It is NOT Cigarette Duet, I cant even attempt to search for this song because thats the only thing that pops up, please help!

It either aired on nickelodeon or disneyXD. The tone/setting was something like K.C. Undercover (unsure how close since ive only seen clips of it) and Victorious (ive seen exactly one clip), at least the vibe was very much reminiscent of them. Similarly the vibe of the ship was like the eating area on the Waverider from the show DC Legends of Tommorow, along with feeling like the ss5 episode "the one where we are stuck on TV" and the scene where they were in a sitcom (it could just have been a sitcom tbh but im not famillar with it much so ill use an example instead of the genre)

If i recall correctly, there were two areas the group mostly hung out at, a spaceship & a living room that had the vibe of the big band theory, where the chilling area went down a few steps from the main level. I think there was a corner shop that they hung out at too on Earth?

If i was forced to give a semblance of a plot, i think there was an episode where there was a giant robot or monster outside the corner shop on earth. Possibly another episode where they had to defeat an evil AI that looked like Gideon from DC Legends of Tommorow pre-human(?)

Anything else of the plot, story beats or characters is completely gone to me sorry. I wont be surprised if this takes a while/never gets found lol. This couldve been a hallucination from me/me combining random shows together

Here is my best description of what I remember. This might sound like an insane rambling but it stuck with me. I watched it earlier this year.
It starts off a bit silly with a kid introducing his dog and talking about random things, eventually the dog runs off and the kid goes looking for it, he runs into a wolf standing on top of a hill, the wolf being old imparts some wisdom on the kid and he moves on. The the kid runs into "The Greatest Thief in the World" and asks if she has robbed his house, she says "if you live on this street I have." They both see the dog and watch it enter a strange house the master thief doesn't recognize. As she wonders where it came from the kid follows after the dog and she follows along wanting him to be safe. Once she enters the house, the tone changes to an eerie atmosphere and she meets a Creator type being, who begins monologuing. She asks what happened to the kid and he reveals he has turned him into a cup, spinning a mug around to show his face distorted on it. Then the Creator type seemingly strips away the thief's pride and desire to be a thief, what she thinks made her special, and leaves her feeling empty, letting her back into the real world.

When i was younger during the mid to late 2010s i have vague memories of a 2d fighting mobile game where you control a character who was limp and you’d hold and drag their limbs to fight. I believe it was also high score based rather than levels. It was also martial arts related i think.

I can't remember much of it but I recalled seeing this manga in my high school library. I remember the first chapter vividly as a wealthy family out at sea gets attacked by pirates. The daughter of the wealthy family is a bit of a tomboy and tries to challenge the captain. Impressed by her bravado, he offers the girl to join his crew where she agrees to, leaving her family behind. A time skip happens where the girl is fully committed to the pirate crew and something happens to the captian I believe. I'm not entirely sure if the manga was created by a big or small publisher, but I know it was around 2009-2010 when I saw it the last time. I think earlier than that.

So, I have the image of this character in my head that I am having a difficult time remembering the exact character/actor and it is killing me lol. I believe they are a side character in a superhero movie, playing a similar narrative role as like… Jimmy Woo in Wandavision where he’s kind of like the main character’s minder/relation to the government agency. This would be probably more recent than mid 2010s?
This character is definitely white in his like 30s-40s with a longer dark brown combover type hairstyle (where it’s kind of un-gelled and swept across the forehead rather than standing upright a-la Chris Evans). He has straight hair, not curly. In the picture in my head he’s kind of staring exasperatedly at the hero character like “do you understand the shit I put up with for you” type of expression. In trying to describe him to my fiancé I described him as ‘what if Zemo (from the MCU) had a bit longer, ungelled hair, was clean shaven, and looked a bit less like an evil character, like his name was “Mark” or “Adam” or “Justin”. This character definitely would have a name, because I know he has lines, I just don’t remember them. So he’s not like random bus driver #5. And this is not a main hero character, please do not say like… Paul Rudd.
And this is def not a major actor ‘cameo’ like Jude Law in Captain Marvel, I would recognize that.

This was a 7th/8th grade math textbook at a California private school from 1999 to 2001, but the book was probably older. Topics like perimeter, surface area, LCM/GCD. The book had recurring story interludes about one character who solved problems by estimating. The only one I remember was he's asked how much paint a boat needs and stacks paint cans up to the boat's height, which turns out to be a good estimate. Anyone recognize it?

[TOMT] Short book or essay about freedom written by a member of Metallica or Megadeth. I read some (decades back) pdf rather short one. First person narration. Basically thoughts about freedom music etc. I thought it was by James hetfield but not sure. I checked "Metallica and Philosophy A Crash Course in Brain Surgery" but that doesn't seem like it.

Any ideas? Could be from some other bands too.
