Freaky Dave cover 👀

Hey guuyss!! A couple of days ago, I received a call telling me that I was gonna be the lead guitarist on a Megadeth Tribute!! So exciting. The thing is, I'm in charge of selecting the songs...

Which songs do I have to include? I was thinking something in between of "Megadeth Mainstream" (like tornado, holy wars, symphony" and "Megadeth for fans", and that is the stuff that i'm stucked... Any ideasss?

I don’t know what you guys think but I feel this goes with any artist; I believe bad songs or at least less played songs on an album help the better or good songs shine. When I listen to an album I can appreciate the songs I don’t care for as much because if the whole album was just banger after banger every song it would diminish the listening value of the album. For example I am not a fan of Burn! off of Super Collider, but it helps me appreciate Dance in the Rain or A House Divided all that much more. I can still listen to Burn! and enjoy parts of it because it reinforces the other songs on the album.
I put this on this thread cause Megadeth is my favorite band and I’d like the topic to stay on them 😅

TL;DR - Bad songs make good songs better on albums

Going from having Lars ulrich as your drummer to GAR SAMUELSON

Dave is not fucking around with his wine, from the packaging to the taste, this is some top tier shit. This is the Marty Friedman of Wine! The same quality of the musicians he picks for his band is the same for this wine! GOD DAMN!

Disclaimer : I'm tipsy and an atheist lol

Hi everyone! My partner and I have two VIP GA tickets, but unfortunately we’ve both broken our arms, so we’d be much more comfortable seated.

Would anyone with two VIP reserved seats together be interested in swapping for our GA tickets? We’d like to meet at the venue on the day and do the swap in person, on the spot.

If you’d prefer to be in GA and are happy to swap, please comment or send me a message. We’d really appreciate it!

What did you think of the album Youthanasia ? Like it or no ..

Genuinely has anyone talked about this? Not what happens to Dave, Teemu, James or Dirk. What happens to MEGADETH, the brand itself?

Are we going to see proper reissues/remasters for their catalogue? Recordings that were never released? I really wonder what will people think of Megadeth in 50 years.

another rare photo I found

aka Metal Maria. According to her, Dave took her in to protect her from a bad living situation she was in and treated her like a younger sister
