Hii, so i got an offer on campus, which is good, but i believe i can do better. Now since i cannot sit in my college placements, I am trying to find some off campus jobs. But i cant find any fresher job listings on any career websites. Or if I find any, they are way less than what I want to have. Where should I find such jobs? Is there a group or a sheet or something where it has copanies hiring freshers??

I'm a 2027 grad from a Tier 2 engineering college. I got an on-campus offer of 10 LPA from a service-based company. The funny part? I genuinely thought I'd messed up the interview. I actually knew the answers to some technical questions but still chose not to answer them because I thought I wasn't doing well enough to make it to the next rounds. Somehow, I still got selected. 😭

The catch is that my college has a one-offer policy, so I'm now out of the campus placement process.

I want to target 15–20+ LPA companies off-campus, but the market is brutal, and I'm scared of getting stuck with this offer. I'm grateful to have a backup, but I really want to aim higher.

Has anyone landed a significantly better offer off-campus after getting placed on campus? How did you manage it?

Okay so I'm a bba student and I'm in my third year rn and day by day companies are coming for placement. But all these companies are asking for aptitude tests. And okay ik I can solve those quant questions if I actually solve em but then these ppl want me to not use any paper pen anything and solve those questions. Now maths i cannot honestly and gk lord the way i fumble but okay gk I'm trying to study because that I can't do shit but maths well tf should I do.

Plus the last test i have I even cheated on it but still didn't get through idk why did they actually check the videos or the fact that I left 10/50 questions intentionally actually put me down.

But I just don't get it.

It'd be helpful af if y'all could firstly tell how to prepare for it or/and what is usually he's procedure for such tests.

What do they ask, like SQL, Python, and what more should i know, or prepare. Any help is appreciated.

I got placed at TCS a month ago for the Prime role with a package of 9 LPA. However, according to my college placement rules, I'm still eligible to sit for companies offering more than 1.5x my current package.

I'm a bit confused about what to do next. I've been trying to find internship opportunities to gain some experience, but I haven't had much luck so far.

Another thing I'm worried about is the joining process. As we all know, it can take months to receive the joining letter, and the uncertainty around the joining date makes me a little anxious about what to do in the meantime.

Has anyone been in a similar situation before, or is anyone currently going through the same thing? What are you guys doing in this situation? Should I focus on internships, prepare for higher-paying on-campus opportunities, or explore off-campus jobs while waiting for the joining letter?

Hello everyone, as i am 2025 graduate in Information Technolgy(IT) from AKTU , not get placed at that time then after graduation started preparing for GATE 2026 but the Exam didn't go well end up with 35 marks, so from March 2026 onwards shifted my prep to IBPS SO IT Officer exam whose prelims was on 29/08/2026. Yesterday prelims result was out and i'm also out from the game(not cleared) what should i do now.......i had already started preparing for the IBPS SO IT officer mains examination .

please suggest me what should i do now..

I attended my technical interview on Oct 5 and got shortlisted for the HR round and attended my HR interview on Oct 8.

After that I did not receive any mail from Tata Elxsi, Is there anyone who got the mail or any update regarding 2nd batch joinning.
