Katy Perry and ex-boyfriend Orlando Bloom could be subpoenaed in a long-running legal battle over a $15 million Montecito, California mansion the former couple purchased in 2020.

Both parties were mentioned in a new series of legal filings in ongoing litigation between Carl Westcott, a  veteran who founded 1-800-Flowers, and Bernie Gudvi, Perry's business manager.

Westcott had previously unsuccessfully sued over the 2020 sale of the eight-bedroom, 11-bathroom home, saying he had been incapacitated at the time of the sale due to painkillers use following surgery.

A judge ruled against Westcott in the case in 2024 and forced through the sale to Perry, who the court told to settle the remaining balance owed on the home, which comes to around $4.06 million.

In a recent legal filings reviewed by The Daily Mail asking for an emergency hearing, attorneys for Westcott claimed that Gudvi, presiding over Perry's finances, 'has not paid the amount due.'

May she rest in peace ! She was one of the most beautiful women ever in my opinion (I couldn't pinpoint what was it about her), but also one hell of an actress. Her in Charmed was an absolute beast cocktail of untamed charisma and raw performances. I love how she was one of the OG bad girls in Hollywood and had THE Madonna gossiping about her in interviews at the peak of her fame. She already radiated strength and unique presence but her constant battle against cancer was just so brave of her and she was very upfront about all the ugly truths about cancer. I followed her journey and am so proud of everything she accomplished.

Also, love that her and Sarah Michelle Gellar (another one of my favorite actresses) were best friends irl.

The couple were pictured coming out of a music studio. They left together and headed to her home and his car was spotted outside the morning after too.

I’m really surprised at this being real.
