Katy Perry and ex-boyfriend Orlando Bloom could be subpoenaed in a long-running legal battle over a $15 million Montecito, California mansion the former couple purchased in 2020.

Both parties were mentioned in a new series of legal filings in ongoing litigation between Carl Westcott, a  veteran who founded 1-800-Flowers, and Bernie Gudvi, Perry's business manager.

Westcott had previously unsuccessfully sued over the 2020 sale of the eight-bedroom, 11-bathroom home, saying he had been incapacitated at the time of the sale due to painkillers use following surgery.

A judge ruled against Westcott in the case in 2024 and forced through the sale to Perry, who the court told to settle the remaining balance owed on the home, which comes to around $4.06 million.

In a recent legal filings reviewed by The Daily Mail asking for an emergency hearing, attorneys for Westcott claimed that Gudvi, presiding over Perry's finances, 'has not paid the amount due.'

It also debuts at #1 on the US Spotify chart with 2.43 million streams.

She never intended to run for office. She was compelled to, not as a career politician, but as a mother trying to do what's best for her son. I think that's why, when I listened to her speak about the importance of the public school system, about the fight to ensure that all Texans can afford to have their basic needs met. I hear a Texan first and a politician second, which is rare. And I think that's why she has such a deep understanding of what real people need and care about. All that to say, Gina speaks much better than I do. So if you'd like to hear more from her, please go to GinaForTexas.com. To find out how and where to vote, you can go to below. Thanks."

The couple were pictured coming out of a music studio. They left together and headed to her home and his car was spotted outside the morning after too.
